They are very professional, knowledgeable and communicative. They will explain everything step by step and show you exactly what was done and how it was done. I had to replace my old failing unit and replace my ducts and these guys were quick and skilled. They text you when they are on their way, get to your home on time and let you know what they will be working on. They bring a portal AC so that you are comfortable and get to work right away. If you need a repair or a new install ask for Desi and John, they are the best !! This company is the real deal, no short cuts, they do the job correctly the first time.

Technician Anthony was absolutely wonderful! Called in the evening for an AC issue and he was there in about an hour. Fixed my issue completely and provided a very thorough review of other potential issues and ways to optimize the performance of a very old unit. So very appreciated and will be calling for any issues I have!

This company is truly the best! We called One Hour Air for a second opinion after our previous AC company claimed the water leaking throughout our ceilings was caused by a roof leak(our roof is 3 months old). Anthony arrived promptly, crawled into our tiny attic space and honestly evaluated the disaster happening above our heads. Anthony took pictures, explained how our AC had been improperly installed and kindly answered our many questions. Because of the design and additions made to our older home, the job facing Anthony and the team was daunting but they kept planning and troubleshooting until they came up with a solution. Anthony was honest and straightforward about pricing, knowledgeable, innovative and great at communicating with us throughout the process. Today, Anthony and John completed the extensive repairs we needed and these 2 guys could not have worked any harder for us. I wish I could rate Anthony and John higher than 5 stars! Allen was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything step by step of what he was doing. He wasn't pushy as in trying to Up sell. I used this company when I lived in Palm Beach County, so it's great to still have the same quality service in another county as well.

Matt by stopped by within an hour or two of calling on a busy Saturday to diagnose the issue with our AC. Frozen coils so he couldn’t diagnose right away but planned on coming back within a couple of stops. Thank you!

John and David came to install my new system they were here on time they got it in right they got it all together wonderful and it's running beautifully. They answered any questions I had and I've had a really good experience with this company
