This was our first time using this company. Fantastic. Anthony R. was our technician. He was prompt, professional, and willing to understand the full scope before diving into solutions. He even was patient to speak to my husband who was out of town and had been involved with the previous repair, so Anthony knew what had been fixed (or not) by the previous company.

We liked Anthony and One Hour of Treasure Coast so much we signed up for their maintenance plan and now have peace in knowing we have help we can count on.

Anthony came out and took care of what needed to be fixed. I believe he went above and beyond by actually caring about showing us the health of our system. He was also respectful in trying to do things quietly considering we had a toddler and infant sleeping. I’m glad to have signed up for the maintenance program with a company who hires great technicians.

I have been very happy with One Hour Air and the tech Josh. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Josh has provided great service and makes sure I understand what is happening. Highly recommended

Third visit today, through the maintenance program the company has, and Matt did an excellent job explaining areas of concern that he observed in my unit. The system is running very well, but he explained to me areas that should be addressed so that they don't become a costly emergency repair in the future. Although he was selling me on new services, I didn't feel pressured at any point. It was a very matter-of-fact problem vs solution conversation. Knowledge is power, so thank you Matt.

Just like my previous 2 reviews, I continue to recommend one hour air.

True to their name, One Hour arrived within one hour when our Air Conditioner went out. John Gardner diagnosed the problem, got the air conditioner working until he came the next day with the needed parts and did a great job fixing the air conditioner. We would highly recommend One Hour and John Gardner!

Matt was awesome! Very professional, explained what was going on with my heater and I signed up for the three times a year maintenance. Very polite gentleman. He also did the same for my mom right next door. She was very happy.
