One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating® of Treasure Coast

Called One Hour after seeing one of their trucks recently in the neighborhood. AC stopped running and I called the company I had done business with before but they couldn’t schedule me. Remembering the One Hour truck I had seen before I called them and the technician was at my house very quickly. David is possibly the most professional service tech I’ve dealt with in a very long time. He walked me through the issue, repaired it and gave some pointers how to get the best use of the system. I think I will be switching to One Hour as a customer. Thank you David!

David was incredible. We had an A/C emergency at 8pm on a Friday and he was here by 8:30pm and worked on our system until 11:15pm. It’s working great now, thank goodness! He was honest, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend

Admittedly, I hired One Hour Air Conditioning because they were the first company to answer my desperate call on a Sunday morning. But after the great experience I just had, they will be my go-to AC company! Technicians David and Matt were both extremely professional and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond (working outside in the pouring rain) to ensure that my air conditioning was back-up and running! They took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns that I had. They even provided me with some helpful tips on how to maintain my unit to prevent future issues.

Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of service that I received from One Hour Air Conditioning and their team of technicians. Matt and David were both outstanding, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of air conditioning repair or maintenance.

Allen didn't do any service or repairs. He only came to give me a price on repair and replacement. He was extremely pleasant & seemed very honest. He was very knowledgeable of his field as well. Seemed like a really good guy!

I have had to call my share of AC people (because, Florida). This company is highly recommended. And David specifically, was great. He's the first repair guy I remember who hasn't treated me like I was stupid. Having worked in sales, I'm pretty good at sniffing out those who wish to educate versus those who benefit more from your ignorance.

He gave good advice, and laid out all the options.

Update: I had them redo my whole system. They did great work.

This company truly cares about its customers. Matt was fantastic and took his time explaining everything in detail to me (multiple times), so that we knew exactly what to expect. We had just purchased a home and knew from inspection there was some microbial growth, but we had no idea there were other issues with the system that needed corrected. These guys came out and took great care of us for our new home. We weren’t expecting this as an expense but learning about their warranties and seeing what great customer service they had made us confident in our decision. We will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone! Thank you guys for working so hard!

John was excellent. he was patient, kind and professional.He explained things so that I was able to understand exactly what had taken place.We need more genuine people like this.His demeanor was humble if I had to sum it up..Thanks John for taking your job seriously and providing other options with out any pressure. Anthony was very prompt and courtious. Was very informative. I have not made a decision yet on whether or not to use the company based on price. I've got one more quote coming and my wife and have some talking to do. Will update if we decide to go with One Hour.

Living in FL inevitably you will need A/C service. Of all the service technicians that have serviced my AC unit, David is by far the most thorough and professional.
His attention to detail and getting it done right was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend.
