My new AC was not working well. 😕 l called and was treated politely and with consideration for my plight.
Tech acknowledged the oversight that caused my refrigerant to dissipate and he and his buddy fixed it ASAP. Every business hopes you like them but frankly, at the end of the day, it's about customer satisfaction 😉 Krauss & Crane deserve kudos on valuing their customer base. 👏
