At 7:00 PM last night I noticed an A/C problem. The air handler was running, the compressor fan was running, but there was an issue with the compressor itself. It cycled on and off, repeatedly attempting to start but shutting down within about one second.

At 7:05 PM I placed a call and left a message for emergency after hours service. At 7:25 PM the service technician returned my call. At 7:45 PM the technician arrived, replaced a capacitor and departed at 8:05 PM.

That's what I call incredibly good service.

I and my family have used K&C for more than 25 years. They have always taken good care of us. Yesterday I had an issue with our AC and within 40 minutes they came out. The tech was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the system in less than 40 minutes. I hadn’t had the system serviced for about 5 months and later that evening my condensate drain was clogged so I had to vacuum it out. I’d recommend using their Maintenance service to keep your system operating efficiently and make it last. I always recommended them, and only them, when I was a home inspector and they never let me down. For peace of mind, have K&C install your new system and/or maintain your existing. You will be glad you did!
