I have been using Krauss and Crane on my residential air conditioner for a few years now. The ladies in the office who schedule the appointments are top notch. The technicians ALWAYS arrive during the scheduled timeframe and call you about 30 minutes prior to their arrival. I appreciate that. They are all good but I usually request my favorite technician, Chase, for service if he is available. He came over the other day and, as usual, was knowledgeable, personable, and got the job done. My young daughter was on scene and he was very nice to her. We enjoyed talking to him. Chase works so hard and always goes above and beyond. He is a major asset to the company.
