Lewis responded very quickly to my call for service to my sister's A/C unit that wasn't cooling. He found the problem and had the A/C working within 30 minutes. The office staff offered great customer service. We'll call K & C when we need to replace the unit! Top Notch!

Their manager is hardworking and receptive, and they are always on top of things. I liked their service so much that I asked them to train my son at their shop.
