This company is great, they come twice a year to clean my ac system to keep it under warranty. Very nice to deal with.

Awesome service! They really stand behind their work, and do not hesitate to do the right thing when issues come up. We have been using them for years, and plan to continue. Their annual maintenance plans are affordable and keep our units in great condition. They even send reminder cards when it’s time to schedule maintenance. I’m so grateful for a company that operates with integrity and excellent customer service!

It’s been 5 yrs now since they installed my new A/C. They promptly notify me every 6 months to have a maintenance check which I do. For most of the checks it has been Dan and I’m very pleased. Being of the older generation it’s hard to find a company that really cares about customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend Krause & Crane for your A/C needs.

We have had an annual maintenance contract with Krause and Crane for many years. We love Mike our technician who checks out our system every 6 months. He is professional, friendly, thorough. Anytime I call Krause and Crane, they are helpful, friendly and are quick to respond to what ever we need. Anytime we have needed repairs to our air conditioner, they have been honest and their work is good.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to this business owner & the ENTIRE STAFF!!!!! First & foremost they care about their customers! Hard to believe ,yes, but it’s true! My husband & I moved from out of State & I cannot express my gratitude enough of how they have taken care of us & did not take advantage of the fact we were not Floridians with knowledge about the climate, humidity & other issues we were facing.
