A/C Care Heat & Air

We had a company come out and within 5 minutes say we needed a new system and left. I wanted a second opinion. We had A/C CARE come out and they did an amazing job. The technician (James) was professional and communicated with me throughout the process. He gave me a timeframe for which he felt how much longer the system would last and a quote for a new system so I could make an informed decision, and I was pleased to see he was working to fix it and not just trying to sell me a new unit like the other company. He was very thorough and in the end it needed some minor repairs and some coolant and was good as new. Their name is fitting. Finally I found an A/C company who CARES!

They NEVER disappoint, always responsie immediately, fast, respectful, and honest. James is a wonderful technician and Donnie the owner is alway available. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced with warranty on both the install and the new AC unit. Email and phone responses were very fast. Install was scheduled just as fast too! Arrived on time (within the one hour window we were given) and the full install was finished in about 5 hours! Personnel was clean and professional.

AC stopped working. I called in the morning and had a great service tech at my door shortly after. Chuck, our tech, was not only a competent technician but a great person. He was able to resolve the problem even with the challenging location of our AC unit. So glad I called. Will be using this company exclusively for HVAC needs. Aaron arrived early, was very friendly and professional, explained everything clearly and simply,, and repaired my AC quickly. AC Care has always been very responsive and great to work with.

My technician James kept me informed and up to date every step of the way. Went beyond what he probably needed to do in order to get me up and running. Even informed me of a low voltage problem that required getting FPL involved

We had an emergency repair of our A/C done. The house was unbearably hot. We just needed the A/C fixed and fixed soon.

The job coordinator, Dakota, could not have been nicer. Dakota got the technician out fast. Dakota also made sure that the technician was prepared with all the parts he needed to complete the repair in only one visit. She also made sure that the technician with the best skillset to our unit requirements came to our home.

The technician, Darryl, arrived timely and quickly got to the task of diagnosing and making the necessary repair. This was a complex repair since our system is an ultra high efficiency unit, which requires some knowledge of programing and advance troubleshooting skills.

The entire process from A to Z was perfectly coordinated. The staff I spoke with were genuinely caring and responsive.

There is definitely a reason these guys have a consistent 5-Star rating. THEY EARNED IT! Over the years we have been through a LOT of different AC "people" and companies ... that until these guys was almost always a semi monthly thing. They are honest about what is wrong, what it takes, and what will take to get it going without all the unnecessary upselling that we have constantly experienced in the past without things actually ever getting fully fixed. Most impressive, they listen to what the client wants and needs. (That has been missing in ALL the others!) Service has always been prompt and timely! Thanks Guys!
