A/C Care Heat & Air

We have been using Chuck and Donnie for 3+ years now for our three properties. Their maintenance is thorough taking over an hour per unit. Since using them, we have not needed any repairs despite AC running for the vast majority of the year in Port St Lucie, FL

Every experience I've had with A/C Care has been amazing! Their technicians are always on time, extremely knowledgeable, and will give you the TRUTH about your system. Previous companies I've used in the past were nowhere near as knowledgeable, and when the previous company put my new system in, they did it incorrectly which was causing all kinds of malfunctions. Once I found A/C Care, they came to my house, immediately discovered the issues, fixed what the previous company created, and I never looked back. A/C Care is my #1 A/C company that I trust, and will always use in the future. The A/C unit at my parents house died last year, and once I found out they were talking with different A/C companies that were going to price gouge them, I stopped their communications with those companies and called A/C Care immediately, and within 24 hours my parents house was up and running for the best price available and amazing warranty. Do yourself a favor and only call A/C Care for your air conditioner needs!

Last night was the first night in our new house. The inspectors reported no problems with the air and heat, however 3am and 39 degrees outside and no heat! I called A/C Care the next day. They came our within 2 hours of my call. The technician, Robert, fixed the problem. Robert gave us honest and thorough answers to our questions. He presented us with all our options. Thank you Robert. We are new to Stuart Florida and feel comfortable with our new A/C company. Robert is personable and skilled.

Very courteous, honest and professional. I appreciated the fact that my service technician (Chuck) communicated clearly about what' was going on and what needed to be replaced. Most local companies I've dealt with in the past have not been nearly as thorough with maintenance.

Can't say enough great things about this company. We called A/C Care for a 2nd opinion/bid. Not only was Donnie able to fix our problem for a fraction of the cost of everyone else, but he even came back the next day to show my husband exactly what they did in our attic to fix the problem. For the first time in a long time, we feel like we can trust someone to tell us the truth and do the right thing. We highly, highly recommend Donnie and A/C Care.

The level of professional diagnostics was thoroughly better than the rookies from another company. Robert demonstrated masters level knowledge of our Florida Heat Pump/AC system. Fair price and did not try to sell us a new system. Verified the whole system and offered practical advice. 10 stars for above and beyond service!!! Thank you.

Chuck is a very knowledgeable and thorough technician. He arrived on time took care of the issue and gave recommendations for more efficiency and how to make the system last longer. I wouldn't use anybody else besides A/C Care!

Turned a $4K job into a $170 job. Called another company first who said my compressor was burnt out and I had to replace the whole outside unit which would be around 3-4k to replace. A/C Care Heat & Air came out and said there was just a safety mechanism on the unit that had switched off due to overheating. He fixed my wiring, serviced my unit and it works perfectly again. Couldn't be more happy with the knowledge and professionalism of this company. Highly recommend!!!
