Anthony was terrific. He came in and did the AC maintenance and I had many questions about the system, which he answered very clearly and patiently. I also asked about additional equipment he would suggest I add to the system. Before he left, I had a good understanding of what I needed and had a quotation in my hands. I will probably have the additional work done.

I have used AC Care for over 3 years and the quality of their technicians is always excellent. I highly recommend them.

A/C Care was very responsive and professional. They were able to get my old AC limping along for a couple of days until they could get the new unit installed. We had them replace ductwork as well and they brought out an appropriate crew to complete the entire project in a single day. The quality of the work was great and they left the areas they worked in cleaner than they found them. Great contractor, would recommend!

I got my appointments right away. Marlon was great! professional, communication, honest, and cleanliness. Good company, will use them from now on.

AC Care is THE best of the best! Their 24/7 service saved us on a Saturday night, in the middle of summer, when our AC went out. We called AC Care and one of their technicians, Jimmy, was at our house within an hour to fix the issue. Jimmy was so helpful and polite, even though it was late on a Saturday night when we could've been doing many other things! Thank goodness for them, because without them we would've been without AC for the rest of the weekend. I HIGHLY recommend AC Care!

Keith Stanley was here for our Maintenance yesterday. He was polite, focused, and a pleasure to have in our home. Aside from being a Dallas Cowboys fan, I have nothing but good things to say.
All the other great folks who have installed two new systems now for me have been great as well.

I just have to say "thank you so much!" to Aaron, who came to the house today. Not only did he take care of our immediate problem, but he went above and beyond by leveling the unit in the attic, which was causing the problem! Thank you A/C Care and thanks a million to Aaron. You are gold!

My ac unit recently died. The pandemic made it hard to find a replacement. While searching for a new unit, AC Care made every effort to make sure I was comfortable while I was waiting. It is Florida and the heat index was over 100 degrees. Everyone involved - the office staff, Jimmy who did the diagnosis and quote, the man who brought a mobile ac unit, and the installers treated me with respect and concern. They were professional and efficient and they know their stuff! When I called with a question about how the unit was operating, Jimmy was here the next day to make a few necessary adjustments. Right now I'm loving my new unit! I know I can call on them if I have more questions or need help with this unit and they'll help me right away. This is my first Lennox unit and I'm pleased with it. I'm even more pleased with the service I received from AC Care.

Dave E, came out to my home to repair an over flowing condensation pan on the air handler in my guest quarters. While here, I asked him to check out the 28 year old system that I had installed in 1993 during the rehab of my home. Obviously he said that while the system was still working it was quite old and that the air handler had been installed in a very precarious location in my cramped attic preventing adequate access to service the unit plus he noted that despite the many repair bills from a different installer I was on thin ice as far a getting much more use of the system. He went on to explain the advantages of a newer first class system and the upgrades made in the a/c industry with Halo air cleaning add on accessories. My wife and I had been contemplating an upgrade to our system anyways so we asked for a quote and after a day to get back to us he gave us a bunch of options. All the way from a get by low end system to a Ferrari valued product. With summer coming and at 80 years old we decided to go first class so that we and my family would have the best and longest lasting a/c system available.

Dave, Don, and Laura checked back in with me and gave me an option of dates to install the system. It was a two day job completed in time with the minimum of fuss and mess. The 6 or 7 guys that paraded through my front door treated my home with respect, kept the noise and dust level down and installed the system like the professionals I had hoped for. Suffice to say that we were very satisfied with the install and the performance of the product. I would highly recommend this company to satisfy anyone's HVAC needs.
