Very slow to get service. Unit was repaired on a Friday night, June 16. Went out again on Saturday- June 17–24 hours after first repair Drain line was blown out on first repair . Could not get tech out until Tuesday, June 20 in spite of the fact that
my 84 year old disabled husband was suffering in the extreme heat. The problem was the capacitor had gone out. I am a club member and had routine inspection and service done on May 22. Both problems with the drain line and capacitor should have been addressed and corrected on the May 22 inspection. Purpose of the inspection should be to correct potential problems before they occur. This was not done. The problems were never brought to my attention. I called numerous times and asked to speak to a supervisor, but was unable to do so. Instead we baked in the extreme heat for several days. It was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience.

They take their time and explain everything. Joshua is super professional and doesn't skip any details. Joel did the install of a new system and I couldn't be more pleased.

Joe Ramos was professional and very knowledgeable in his line of work. He did some troubleshooting and fixed the problem promptly. Excellent customer service skills. Would highly recommend them anytime !!

The service tech James came out as a 2nd opinion and found out the previous tech (from a different company) screwed up and was able to find the actual problem. He took the time to explain what was wrong and my options. Great service!

Ivan was awesome! Showed up on time, very courteous, got right to work. Once his diagnosis was done, he explained it in simple terms for understanding and went over alternatives for services and costs. Spent the time to answer any questions I had.

Ethan Henry was our technician and he was professional, thorough, and explained everything to me, We always use One Hour Houston and they always do a great job.

Tim was fast, efficient, friendly, and professional. He explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Had me up and cooling off in about an hour. Couldn’t be happier with my decision to call on your service and will be requesting Tim from now on if I need any future work done.

Jeffrey Lucas was extremely professional and listened to my wife and I’s concerns as he gave us a quote to replace our central/AC system. He did everything he could to make us happy after we had three One Hour technicians come out to our house in less than a month because our home’s A/C unit would intermittently stop working altogether. We ended up having One Hour install a new central A/C unit today, and Jeffrey gave us the best terms he could on a payment plan. Joel and Eden with the company also did a wonderful job installing the new unit this afternoon/evening.
