Corey was awesome! He did an amazing job coming out to begin fixing the mess, sabotage & predatory practices that a previous company’s technician through American Home Shield sent out. Corey & One hr AC have saved the day and are going to replace the old furnace & condenser & the duct that the previous tech sabotaged. He was extremely professional, kind and very thorough!

I would like to commend Michael Sweet on the outstanding job he did serving my A/C. Michael was very professional and courteous. Extremely knowledgeable of what he was doing and did a fantastic job of explaining the issue. I was very impressed with Michael’s determination with getting my issue resolved. I feel with Michael’s determination he went above and beyond his duties to get the issue fixed. Michael is by far one of the best A/C technician I’ve ever dealt with. Excellent job Michael!!

These guys bust their butts. They are on time and my technician knew his stuff. He was thorough and patient. My unit was on the roof and trouble shooted with another technician, not a friendly job. Their vans, timely arrival, and knowledge were professional and I highly recommend. The price was fair and was one of my better experiences. You never know what you are gonna get.

He answered questions I didn't even know I had. His knowledge of his craft is off the charts. Friendly ,patient and goes beyond the extra mile. I won't use any other company.

Very good customer service, and technician (Craig Bolden) was on time and very helpful. I had received previous quotes to repair a mini split, where other companies were quoting several thousand dollars for repair and even more to replace the system. One hour AC & Heating inspected the system and found a lose cap on the refrigerant line, recharged the system, and got it working again for a reasonable price. If it hadn’t been for One AC & Heating, I would have spent thousands on a replacement system that didn’t need replaced!
