    Jacorey was awesome and explained everything he was doing for me. He then checked everything else just to make sure everything else was ok. I don’t typically leave reviews but I really liked him. I hope to never have to call One Hour again but if I have to, I’ll ask for a Jacorey.

    Great job by Tim and the main office. Called and had an appointment for the same night which was great. They came out and checked and gave me the information. By the next morning got a call back from Tim regarding the part that needed to be replaced and cost. He came back in the afternoon and was able to get everything working. 5 star service for sure.

    Carl was on time even though I wasn't. He was polite and courteous. As he took every step, he explained it and the possible implications each issue might have. I was extremely thankful for the work and product he put out. I will definitely request him from now on.

    The work was done efficiently and promptly. The technician was respectful and courteous. He answered every question asked of him in a friendly and agreeable manner. He made me feel as though he were a neighbor helping a neighbor. I would most definitely seek him out for assistance with A/C matters in the future.

    Gavin Smith took his time and did not rush through the checkup. We discussed 2 or 3 questions I had and he explained everything to me in layman’s terms. He checked our systems and everything checked out. He did let me know that there is a capacitor that will likely need to be addressed at some point but not necessary now.

    He also validated for me that the units have delays on them for power loss issues.

    Gavin is very knowledgeable. He is exceptional and I am thankful he is the rep that came to our home. I do recommend this company and Gavin for you HVAC needs! They both get 5 stars!

    the guy who came out was very nice but I felt like I we already put in a lot of money into the system since we got it .. the Unit is already 5 years old but first time the capacitor and thermostat ($600) went out , then the fan motor this time which is another $800 dollars.. This company had installed a new AC/ heating system 5 years ago.. as soon as the warranty went out things started to break.. my husband knows the parts are not that expensive he found the exact fan motor online was only 300 dollars and we know labor is expected to be high but don't understand where the rest is calculated.. I get it.. the company has to make money and yes we are members which cuts down on service fees to come out and supposed to discount parts and someone had already came out twice lasty week.. the first guy refused to do the work ( made many excuses to not go up in the attic, fearful of falling through) and the second guy came out to do the first guys work on the maintenance. The 3rd guy tried to explain the procedure on ordering the part from the manufacturer, where the money goes and how it is distributed through the company . Last time they were here , I heard banging on something upstairs and outside while fixing the system.. not sure what they were doing but seemed like the system was getting a good beat .. hopefully , not to make situations worse . I was iffy about spending 800 dollars to get it fixed but did not want to suffer in the heat. We now have to wait two days without AC, the tech said to buy the better brand not the generic brand which he stated it will later go out again and he had it on hand.. (cost was 695 dollars for the generic one).. I mean how would you know that the cheaper one could outlast the name brand.. they don't make things built to last anymore .. just saying..

    When a technician is dispatched, the company really made me comfortable. They first called to notify me the tech is in the way, then sent a text message with the tech’s photo, so I know who to expect. And the technician is great, did a very professional job. Very satisfied!
