Tim Franks the tech was very nice and quick. Knew what he was doing and after replacing a part the air came back on. Much cooler now. He changed my air filter and a broken attic lightbulb while he was in the attic something he didn’t need to do. Much appreciated. Great job!!

Jonas from One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating was very professional and courteous, and he diagnosed the issues with my AC. He provided a video and explained the problems thoroughly without any sales pressure. I paid for the service call only, which was reasonable considering same-day service. Although my hot mess AC cannot be salvaged, we are well on our way to getting a new system with help and suggestions from Jonas.

Tim Franks was a very nice and humble man. Clearly explained the process and patiently answered questions we had. He seems to know what he is doing as the service was prompt! We are just waiting for ac to start cooling down, I can feel it is.

These guys are great. Fortunately at this time the repair was quick and easy and only cost the $99.00 trip charge. Soon though I will need a complete replacement and one hour AC will definitely get my business.

This company is trash. They did my A/C unit a few years ago for a premium price. I have had trouble with it several times. The last time was a blown fuse.. they charged me an outrageous service call charge and 280 dollars to replace the fuse.. it literally took him 5 minutes.. and they talk you into signing up for the 15 dollars a month maintenance agreement for 1 year… And then you can’t cancel it without cussing someone out. So to replace a blown fuse was 400 dollars in the end.. find a small owner operator company that’s not trying to abuse people.

Chris is Professional and knowledgeable guy. He have experience he give time to the Customer and friendly nature I want to be my Technician for further work in my home. He is the Best!!

my second experience with one hour air conditioning & heating after AC service, this time completed duct and vent cleaning. Very professional crew, excellent communication and very respectful of not making a mess, and warning me when/where they might. Very happy with the service and the fact that they can stand by their work with before and after photos, and a clear explanation before and after what they were going to do.
