    This review is NOT for the second technician Stephen sent from One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. Stephen was great! Experienced and addressed my concerns. But he did acknowledge my thermostat was broken and could not be repaired. I waited to see if a supervisor would respond to my request for a call. They ignored me. This cost should not just be on me. My review is for the poor quality work I initially received and for the none responsiveness from management. After receiving poor quality work I called and ask for a call from a supervisor or manager. I had never experienced such inexperience with a technician.
    No call back after more than 24 hours.
    Secondly, I explained the issue which was my thermostat was working just fine prior to being handled by the initial technician. A/C and thermostat were working fine for days. I was able to set the temperature and monitored both units to be sure they were working just fine. Since I had not had a regular maintenance since before covid, I decided to have it done on both of my units. I had just looked at the readings on the thermostat prior to his arrival. Less than 3 minutes into the service, I was called upstairs to see the readout on the thermostat. It was garbled. None of the controls were working and the display was garbage. I asked what happened. Of course the reply was it was like that already. No sir it wasn't. The unit was reaching required temperature, shutting off and coming on just like it should.
    He had dismounted the unit from the wall and was checking the batteries. I explained I had just replaced batteries the day before. Readings were good, controls were working, and temperature was set exactly to what I wanted. Needless to say he went on to tell me about problems with the thermostat and as well as the main unit. I explained my unit was installed by One Hour and they are the only company that has done regular maintenance. If there is a problem it would have to be at the time of install. I also made him aware that for last nine years no other technician had reported such problems. It was obvious this young man was confused. He wanted to sell me another thermostat (that was working just fine before he arrived) then he wanted research another problem I was supposedly having with the main system. He said he didn't know how long it would take. He explained he's paid by the hour so it wouldn't cost me anymore to find out where the power source was coming from for my thermostat and why there was an explained blue wire not connected inside my unit in the attic. Nothing was missing, nothing was broken. He removed the thermostat several times. He had already tested a new one to assure me it needed to be replaced. I did not agree to replace it nor have him address so called problems with main unit.
    I called the next day and asked for supervisor and I also asked for another experienced technician to come out and tell me what was going on. Stephen was great! Went into the attic, no problem at all with main unit. Thermostat was damaged and needed to be replaced. I have lost trust in this company and the fact that they simply ignore their customers is a bit much. This seems to be a pattern.
    I cancelled my warranty with One Hour years ago. I would schedule maintenance and twice no one showed up and there was no call from service department explaining why they weren't coming nor
    did they call to reschedule. Basically, it meant they can sell those maintenance plans but they can't honor them. I have not missed it. I also noticed another pattern, they do NOT respond when you ask for a Supervisor or Manager. Once I checked BBB reports I knew for sure I was not the only one.
    What you are saying to your clients? The units are most expensive and we deserve better. I'll get the thermostat replaced with or without One Hour. Lesson well learned!

    James did a great and thorough job checking my system and replacing a faulty capacitor. I'm happy with the service, but beware of being overcharged for parts. I paid $426 for the capacitor and they can easily be found for $20 elsewhere.

    It was very quick and easy to schedule with One Hour AC. Tim Franks is very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and show me pictures and readings. He even took the extra time to discuss everything over the phone with my husband who was not home. He talked through options with us. He is an honest and kind professional. I would recommend One Hour AC and Tim.

    It was 94 degrees in my house when Alex Prince arrived to fix my air conditioner! He quickly assessed the problem, had the part on the truck, and quickly fixed it. Alex had come on his day off to help me out because he knew I was 73 years old with respiratory problems and needed help! He was kind, efficient, courteous, and concerned about me in the heat. He stayed until the thermostat started falling just to be sure it was fixed and there were no other problems. I can't say enough good things about Alex Prince, my One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating technician.

    Avoid as much as possible. Ever since we changed out our complete system in 2020, we have had two times our capacitors have gone out and the work was poorly executed when it came to installing our machine outside. Our AC guy and another one found loose wires and fuse wires super hot and unknown why they were even being used. Also they promised to make our daughter's room colder than it was, and it's literally the same before we got the new system installed. They suggested we add more returns after the work was done which they should have fixed this problem before and promised with the new system, her room would be cooler; of course this is probably to make more money. We had paid for the yearly maintenance was a scam because we got it our ac maintained a couple months ago and now are out of cold air. We had to get John Moore out quickly because we had to wait two days to wait for a guy to come out from One Hour AC which we have two very small children and couldn't wait. Paying for the yearly service and using them to change our whole system, you'd think they'd be loyal to come ASAP to fix the problem. Nope. Avoid this company as much as possible. We are moving forward with a company is loyal and can take care of their customers and not shaft them once the project is done.

    Mr. Anthony came to my home in a timely manner. He was able to see what my issue was with my air conditioner and air ducking systems. He checked everything and gave me three different pricing options. He is very professional and patient while assisting me in my urgent matter. Mr. Anthony also gave me some suggestions that I could possibly do, to get the work completed. Thank you MR. ANTHONY!! You’re so awesome
