The representative/ tech who came out was on time and very professional. He went above and beyond his what most would have done to see that the job was done correctly. I would highly recommend One Hour AC, and if you are lucky to get Eric, you will be very happy with his work.

This is possibly the best customer service experience I have ever had. Corey was so detailed, so thorough and everything was “his pleasure”. He walked me in detail through aspect. i had read his reviews before he arrived and thought they were too good to be true. They were 100% true. Because of Corey I will regularly use One Hour. After our initial ac maintenance experience we requested a quote for some upgrades to our system One hour sent Claudio to come out and take a look. He arrived on time with a smile and such a positive demeanor.

Claudio took his time and truly assessed our entire system and was honest about the status of our current unit. What i loved best is that he provided multiple options of ways to go to either slowly update or system or go all in with great feedback on what each would mean in functionality and savings to our bills.

We are still reviewing our options as they were priced really reasonably but definitely still happy with our choice to contact one hour for our needs.

Alfredo, the A/C Technician was quite professional and very knowledgeable (seemingly) about what we needed. However; we have been scammed by 2 A/C people in the past few years, one as early as May 30, 2023. Sooo, we were very hesitant, at first.
Alfredo fully explained what the PROBLEMS are and repaired what he could and made an appointment for us to complete the rest that he had discovered. We trust him with his part of this journey, as he actually pointed out the errors of our former , registered A/C person, Carlos C.'s ways. He ought to be ashamed of himself for putting in the wrong size equipment, which caused a bigger problem and then bent the furnace with air/heat escaping; all taped up...unbeknownst to us. God has kept us from having a fire in our home! Thank you Alfredo and One Hour Heating & Air...so far, so good. I just keep on praying.

We’ve had mini technicians over the years, since we’ve owned are one our equipment for nine years and Tim by far was the best in the friendliest and the most helpful. As I said, we’ve been doing business with one hour for nine years in May, and are very pleased with their maintenance agreement and their service technicians..

From the time Miguel arrived until when he left…..was very nice, knowledgeable, very patient and answered all my questions. And if he wasn’t sure of something, he called for advice. I will request him if I need help. If the situation is dire and Miguel can’t do the job, I will certainly ask for any tech to come, but if Miguel can come, that would be awesome!! Very nice young man.

Alfredo, the technician for One Hour, did a fantastic job. He was professional and polite. He worked under difficult conditions. Since my AC was out the house and attic were sweltering. But Alfredo worked hard and got the job done quickly. He explained things to me well and I was pleased with the pricing. Thanks Alfredo! You should get a raise.

Chris has great customer service skills. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was thorough and works efficiently. He had an answer for all my questions. He took his time and didn’t rush to the next job. He stayed until the job was done. He also scheduled maintenance for the same day. He kept his work space clean.
