Bi Polar A/c & Heating L.L.C.

Our neighbors recommended bipolar Air Conditioning and heating when we woke up on a Friday morning and our downstairs air wasn’t working. We called and were told they were booked but would try. Good news they called back a few hours later and said they could come over. I highly recommend them very professional and the guys really know what they’re doing! Love their job very amazing work!

Through my HWA Bi Polar came to repair my A/C. The technician, DAVID, was very polite and courteous. I explained what had been happening and he knew exactly where to start. Did some testing, fixed the problem and it was done. Big Kuddo shout out to David.

Great company, they did an amazing job installing/repairing our AC system. Their work looks so neat and professional. Were here on time and saved me tons of money compare to other HVAC companies that gave me an estimate. Extremely happy with their service and happy that we are sleeping cold tonight.

Bipolar AC is by far the best AC and Heating company I have ever used. With several rental properties around the Houston area I have used them a lot. They are honest, ethical, and professional which is hard to find today. Their prices are reasonable and they will not try and "sell" you something you don't need. Their communication is superb and I especially love their tracking system which shows you where the technician is and the time he will arrive. No more waiting for that 4 hour window a lot of companies give you. Try them! You won't be disappointed.

I never EVER write reviews for anyone who does ANY work on my home, but I HAD to write one for Bi Polar A/C Heating. I never knew how messed up my whole system was, I've had companies come out and "fix" things in the past and they never mentioned anything was wrong. The other companies basically left a ticking time bomb for me, and I couldn't figure out why my A/C was still not working correctly. WELL, these two men Vito and Christian were PHENOMENAL. They were super professional, took the time to show me what was wrong and explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. They were on time which is a plus, and they have a tracking system set up, so I can see when they are close to my house. Which is great, because I'm not waiting at home all day during an appointment window. I am MOST DEFINITELY recommending these guys to my friends and family. I liked them so much I had to share their information in the mom groups i'm in, because we all know moms are the ones that make the appointments when things break. Thank You Vito and Christian!

I don't normally write reviews and have to had great service to justify it. Bi Polar AC are the best AC company I have ever dealt with in Houston. Knowledgeable, great responsive service, wants to build a great company, good installation and courteous. 'Ever' did our evaporator coil installation (on a Sunday morning aswell) in a very tight spot and don't have complaints on the installation (and that's unusual for me).

Our experience with this company has been terrible. They were contracted by our warranty company to repair our heater. We've had someone come out twice, but the issue has not been fixed. I spoke with someone yesterday and they were supposed to come out today no later than 5PM. I called at 4:30PM to get the status only to find out that they pushed our appointment back to Tuesday of next week. They didn't even contact us to let us know. We made sure to be home when they were supposed to come and they did not have the decency to let us know that they would not be able to make it. I only found out because I called them. It is currently 39 degrees in our home and it's supposed to get colder. Additionally, it's a Friday evening and we'd be hard pressed to find someone else to come out for service at this late notice. We have a child with sickle cell anemia. Pain crises are triggered by extreme and cold. They do not care. They will not come to repair our unit even though our work order has been in for over a week. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I've used them twice now to do work on a rental property I have. They're responsive with their quotes and get the work scheduled quickly. Their prices are also the best I have seen and I always make a point to get multiple quotes. Great experience and I highly recommend them.
