    One star because no stars is not an option! Our home warranty sent this company to our house in February to do a complete new install of ac/heat/thermostat. We had to wait almost a month for the order to be complete. On June 15 our thermostat quit working. I called the company and was told they would be there between 9 and 12 on Saturday the 18th. It's 5pm now and haven't seen a soul! The customer service in the office is atrocious! Now even though this work order is under warranty, we are going to have to go into our savings to fix it! Please, please don't use this company!

    Through my choice home warranty , the technician from Bipolar took the order to diagnose MY AC unit. He spent no more than 15 mins and mentioned that 99% the compressor has to be replaced and if it doesn't work then the whole unit has to be replaced. I got the invoice from Bipolar for changing the compressor for amount of 1787$ and whole unit 3000$ as my home warranty people denied to cover. The best thing , I did is had a second opinion from another technician. He checked throughly and said compressor is absolutely fine and its the contactor which is the issue . And the charge for that was 180$ ONLY. as usual , the supervisor argue with his own diagnosis. I hate to leave a negative review on any business . But my sincere advice is to have second opinion, my friends.

    We had a appointment for our a/c to be fixed between 7am and 12pm. No call/ no show. I had to call to see what was going on. They changed the time because they were running behind about 3pm. Thats fine if they would have communicated with me. Called back after 3pm told me 45 minutes. No call no show. Its 4:30 pm, I do t think they will show up.

    I used Bi Polar through my Homebuyer's Warranty Company 2-10 (whom I dislike immensely for typically choosing poor contractors). I called in to Bi Polar to schedule an appointment for a downed AC unit and spoke with a professional employee who got me set up and took some initial notes as to what was happening. The day of the appointment, I got a text message informing me of the technician's arrival ~25min in advance. He was arriving within the window they had communicated in which they'd show up. When David got to my house, he did a full inspection of everything and identified a few issues including a wire that had broken, which he patched up. He also helped me install a component that helps my Nest Thermostat get power from the wiring in my house, which was beyond his responsibility. 1 Hour later, he had fixed my AC gave me the run down of the issue, and provided some other advice regarding upkeep. David was super professional and prompt. Bonus points for wearing shoe covers on my carpet. A+ from me.

    This company came out the same day and installed my new AC unit in my house. I have a 9 and 10 year old that I wanted to provide a new unit for this summer. I would highly recommend this company for all of your hvac needs!

    My experience with Bi Polar A/C company is like the name. Specially with the office personal. They would not update my claim with the Warranty company so my claim could be approved and have the work done. Someone name Angie said she was to busy to open the warranty portal and submit the pictures and Tech report.Then someone name Jelisa then told me that they do not schedule repairs on Monday but she never put me on the schedule for Tuesday. When the Warranty company called to find out what had happen to my Tuesday appointment they told them that they would put on the schedule for Friday. Two weeks later they done Nothing. I had my Warranty company reassign the claim even if that would start the process all over then have to deal with the Bi-Polar company personal. I hope Veto the owner reads this post and maybe would actually return calls.

    Very poor customer service. They never followed up when they said they would. I always had to call. I was using a home warranty company, when I spoke with the service mgr., Vito, he informed me that they were unable to order the parts and 210 would need to order them. When asked if they had contacted 210 he said yes. I called to 210 and was told they have yet to inform them of the issue. While on the phone with 210 the rep saw that BiPolar was in the system making notes regarding the issue. This is has been going on since mid-December. I do not recommend them!!

    these guys are amazing!! they changed my whole AC in under 4 hours, i felt really bad seen them come out the attic dripping wet in sweat, it’s truly a hard hard work, and they have a really big team working like clockwork.
