    We Scheduled Bi Polar A/c & Heating L.L.C to repair our AC unit for the hours of 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. and they were a NO CALL NO SHOW after confirming the scheduled appointment. At 5:15 P.M. I call the office to confirm that someone was still coming out to my home to repair my AC and was informed by a young lady at 5:17 P.M. we were still on the scheduled and they were running a little behind scheduled and I will receive a call when they were in route. I should've gotten worried the moment when I had to reach out to the company to be sure someone was still coming out instead of them reaching out to inform the customer they were running behind. At 6:25 P.M. I attempt to reach out to the company again and didn't get an answer. By 7:00 P.M. we still had not received a text or call. I decided to call the company one last time due to me trusting what the young lady advised me about them running behind. I guess I believed a business would not want to jeopardize giving their business a bad name and treat their customers this way. I was WRONG, after reading all of the bad reviews that I wish I would have seen before selecting Bi Polar it appears NO ONE CARES about anything including their business. At 4:36 P.M. the next day our cameras alerted us of movement at our front door. Guess who it was? A technician from the from Bi Polar. Are you kidding me? No one called us ALL DAY, not even to apologize about a no call no show. No one call or text to inform us that they were in route on the WRONG DAY. I pray that someone cares enough about this company and they would read these reviews and make some major changes.

    Absolutely horrible customer service technicians are liars and they lack of experience, rude customer service they spin you around they never get things done. Do not hire this company please call somebody else this is by far the worst I ever seen.
    They overcharge you for things they never done they also lie about the repairs that they done they stood me up two times they never showed up or called then they close my ticket saying that they repaired my issue two technicians came out each one of them gave me a different diagnosis then they wanna charge me additional fees for nonsense stuff!! There work claim is all lies non of it is true or done!
    I bought the service warranty from choice warranty service and they hired this company to do my repairs and it’s been two months and my services are not done no repairs have been done!
    they sent two different technicians two different times and nothing is been done..
    Liars liars liars, Claudia in the office will lie to you and ignore you then spin you around till you give up!!!
    Technicians weren’t trained at all my technician that showed up he was on a FaceTime with somebody else trying to diagnose my repairs over a video conference! Please go somewhere else and hire somebody professional and pay extra couple dollars these guys by far are not legit or worthy. I will never be calling this place ever again

    My home warranty assigned this company to me. It took 2 weeks to get my ac repaired/replaced. The biggest issue was that they weren’t responsive and never followed up. You have to call them to check every time. What I did was calling them 5 times a day and it still cost me 2 weeks. At least they eventually finish the job. But next time I’ll choose other contractors who are responsible and easy to communicate.

    First of all, my tech Fernando was great. All my comments are in no way reflective of his work done on my HVAC unit. No complaints there.

    However, the overall management behind the scenes was absolutely terrible! I was given a time slot of 12-4, which I did not complain about, but when you take off of work and don't have someone show up til after 9pm, it's hard to not complain. I had to send the workers home because they told me it would be 2-3 hours of work. They said they would come first thing in the morning. BUT, management then scheduled me for 12-4 and AGAIN, the works weren't able to show up til almost 7pm and like they said, it took 3 hours to do the work.

    The way management schedules is beyond ridiculous. And not only that, I would have to continually call to get updates. I was never once reached out to and informed that there would be a delay in the workers arrival. Very unprofessional. I hope I never have to deal with this company again.

    Don’t trust this company. Blatantly lied about work that was not done. Contacted two additional companies to come review the work that was “done”, both advised that nothing that this company listed was actually done. They were supposed to fix the A/c on the house we purchased. Instead they pumped it pull of frion to make it run better temporarily but did no other work. Work order says they cleaned this and that and changed batteries on the thermostat among other work they claimed was done. A week later when a new company checked the work nothing was done, nothing was cleaned, tech advised the bolts covering the grate haven’t been removed in years and the coil was still dirty and Undisturbed, the batteries weren’t even changed! The thermostat still says low battery! A week after it was changed? If they’ll lie about changing a battery they’ll lie about anything. How do you lie about changing a battery?? After paying out of pocket for two additional diagnostics we called them to come back out. After the owner gave us HELL he finally sends Micheal out to our home. The tech goes does a diligent a thorough inspection and says he will change a coil and has to schedule a follow up appointment. That was almost two weeks ago and I haven’t heard from the company since and no one will return my calls. Shady company. Don’t trust them if you are buying a house and need work done

    Bi Polar was scheduled to work on one of the units in my house through my home warranty (Choice Home Warranty). The tech (Adam) was very inexperienced and disorganized. Without checking the system for why my AC was not working he went ahead and changed the thermostat later realizing that it was not compatible with the air handler. I must mention that in replacing a much higher quality thermostat with a cheaper one (according to him) Adam smeared the wall with his filthy fingers!!! He actually stated that my furnace/air handler was “too hi-tech” for him. I saw him communicating with his boss (Vito) on what to do since he obviously did not have a clue. He said he couldn’t do anything and that they would have to get back to me first thing next day. Of course I didn’t hear from Bi Polar. They specialize in “Non-Communication”. I had to call them 3 times the following day. I requested to please have Vito call me to discuss and hopefully resolve the issue. Of course this didn’t happen. To make matters worse, Choice Home Warranty denied the claim based on their determination through Adam’s (the tech) assessment of the situation. According to him my system is a “smart” system and therefore not covered!!! This just happened during the days of the hottest temperatures in July 2022. Do not use Bi Polar AC!!! My advice is to go with a different home warranty besides Choice Home Warranty. They obviously do not vet their service providers. Very disappointed.

    First time they scheduled to come out with a window time of 3pm - 7pm they called at 3pm to say their technician was having vehicle trouble and would have to reschedule. I had to call them twice to get them to reschedule the appointment. This time I asked if they could be at the house earlier than 3pm and they so no problem. At 3pm I called and they said the technician was an hour away and would be leaving that job within 30 minutes to come to my house. I waited until 7pm but no call and no technician. Such a waste of time and unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.

    My AC was broken during the three digital heat wave. That’s miserable experience. Jason from Bi Polar came to did accurate diagnosis and reported to Choice Home Warranty. The replacement of the AC unit was approved by warranty company. Once they got the unit, technician Carols immediately installed for me. During the procedure, many office desk girls like Abbey etc. were very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this company to all my friends.
