Bipolar is so far the most honest, professional, and efficient AC company I’ve had. After 3 previous contractors checking my AC and giving me incorrect diagnosis, Bipolar was able to find a complex issue quickly and efficiently, they dedicated time and really went the extra mile, saving me from replacing the line set which was way more difficult and expensive. Vito and Jesus service was just exceptional, and I highly recommend them!

He came to my house through home warranty and we ran into a lot of problems with my nest thermostat after Vito fixed the home warranty issues. We rewired the thermostat base and he professionally stayed with me throughout the course of the extra work then again the nest gave me trouble and after some time of troubleshooting he resolved my nest issue and got my ac working fine. Great service and fair prices. I was first sceptic to buy an name brand AC from a smaller contractor instead of the big players, but this contractor had a fair price, excellent service and was able to adopt to our specific needs. So far we haven’t had an issue since a year and I only can recommend it.

The AC went out at night. With this Houston heat that's a big problem. Well they came out the next day and fixed the AC. Had in working better than before. Well felt like it at least. They were polite and professional. I liked how they actually took the time to show me what was wrong with it. The guy called it too after he saw I had dogs. He said let's check the wires to the unit outside and sure enough the wire was bare where one of the dogs had chewed on the wire. So the wires being bare and touch each other caused one of the fuses to blow. I was truly impressed with their work. I for sure recommend this company!

Horrible service and installation. First they came out through home warranty to check why the AC is making noise. They said a coil is leaking need to be changed. I wasn t there to confirm. Warranty company refused to pay for labor sin e the part is under warranty. I have just changed 4 years ago. I trusted the owner Vito or dido I paid $750 just for installation! He send me inexperience technician with no licence. They took almost 5 hours to install the coil. 3 days system worked than stopped. They came back and said it something else the blower motor needs to change. Are you kidding me!! I had hired another company for 2nd opinion. They found out the installation was not right and blue door was open, switches off and etc.. now I have to replace several others parts because of their horrible work. when I called the owner and asking for my refund he said I have a lawyer go sue me. You knew what iam going to sue him for all my A/C expenses, the time I wasted and the loss of my tenant because if this issue. I am going to call the BBB as well. Stay away from Bipolar AC company!

I can't say enough about this company. Customer service is not just a slogan but a true work ethic. My technician was beyond courteous by keeping me in the loop every step of the way. He definitely represented his company exceptionally well. To bad I couldn't give 6 stars.
