Bi Polar A/c & Heating L.L.C.

This business is crazy. They never show up on time. Even you confirmed your schedule and they still will not show up. You have to call them all the time to check what’s going on? They will tell you to reschedule it. It have been over a week. I will not recommend to use this business. It is hard to communicate with them as well.

Bipolar was a pleasure to work with. They were very informative and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and took care of my issue. I definitely recommend!

If i can give negetive 5 star to this place i would.
Customer service: poor is a good word, rather worse than poor.
Technicians: i had three techs come out. 1 was good, while the first one seemed high and spent 2 mins( no exageration) in diagnosis. The 2nd one installed incorrect part which blew up the very same day and he came back for reinstallation( which also blew up in 3 weeks )
None the less, they dont guarantee the parts as they say and put in poor quality parts( after matket) without looking into all the specs.

Vito is very professional and responsive. The technician Cristian is very knowledgeable and aware if the customer's feelings. He know how to explain things very well and gives valuable recommendations! I would recommend them to anyone!

Bipolar was very thorough and professional, all my questions were answered in a timely manner even with them being in busy season. Vito was very helpful in getting my issue resolved. Would always recommend to my friends and family

I really recommend them, I have used their service for years and I’m always satisfy with their service.

Just FYI. Do not use their service. This is the worst customer service I ever got. Called them to look at the heating problem on upstairs, they came and diagnosed the problem and said needs to change 2 motors. The AC man David said. The office will call for follow up, but they didn’t call. I called them and set the appointment. I canceled my Doctor’s appointment for this one. Unfortunately they didn’t show up on appointment and they didn’t call. I called them and asked them what’s happening, they said they are with parts department and hard to find the parts. They said will follow up with me but totally a waste of time.
Never use their service.

7/14/2022: Outside unit was tripping the electric breaker and had two AC companies troubleshoot it. Bi Polar repair price was a lot cheaper and Boris did great job replacing the compressor and was very professional.

I couldn’t be any more happy with their service. They installed our full AC system and they did it so fast I was surprised, you know in Texas hot weather you can’t be without AC for too long and they were done installing the whole thing way sooner than what I expected. The job looks clean and professional. They have great prices compare to other HVAC companies. Will totally recommend them to everyone I know.
