    I have been using their service for quite some time now, and I must say they team over at BiPolar are the best! The service is top notch, the technicians are friendly and take their time to explain all services and recommendations. The technicians are always on time and it truly feels like they care. They aren't in this just for the money. Whenever I have an issue with my AC I make sure to call BiPolar, and you should too!

    This company was contracted by Choice Warranty to check out the reason why my a/c was not cooling. The service tech that they sent out had to have been in experience due to the fact that he saw that the compressor was grounded but he continue to flip and hold the switch at the breaker box until he set fire to my a/c unit. Then the service tech ask my husband to contact the fire dept. Bipolar never contacted me or offer any type of solution for the issue that Cristine cause to my a home only to leave me to fight with the warranty company. But what would we do without camera. NOt a good experience at all with this company.

    ***Be warned. Our AC went out and this was the company assigned to fix the problem. Granted our AC wasn’t working and we set an appt Sept 10th from 11-3 that they no showed my wife was waiting at the house all day for themand finally had to leave because house was so hot. The appointment was reset 5 days later which the tech showed and said it was the thermostat so they had submit the claim and order the part. Heard back 11days later after numerous of calls and they said I would have to pay the difference of the claim which I was fine with.. I was willing to even go pickup the part because the house was so hot. On Sept 21st at 4:51 talked with the owner which he said he needs to call the warehouse and find the part which he said he would call right back. Still to this day haven’t heard back. Called Claudie Sept 25th, 27th and 28th still no call back.
    Finally called another company within 12 hours the AC was fixed and it was misdiagnosed by BIPOLAR it wasn’t the thermostat.

    This company installed a new air handler at my daughters house in Oct. 2017 via a referral from a home warranty company. During the cold snap at the beginning of Dec. she turned on the heat only to discover it would not work. Bi Polar came out and said the wrong part was installed (by them) and since my daughter was no longer with the warranty company she would have to pay to have the correct part installed. I asked how the wrong part could have been installed and was informed they only pick up the parts ordered by the warranty company at the warehouse and install them. After several attempts to contact Bi Polar with no response, another company was called out at the cost of $150 to tell us the part was correct, but the two breakers had been reversed at installation. I would stay away from this company as they clearly do not know what they are doing and refuse to stand behind their work.

    Saw the sign for Bi Polar A/C I was needing my ducts replaced. A/C went out and I called and someone came and check it out now I am cool. I have to say the company was friendly and explained everything that was going on. The pricing was good and I am a happy person. I know I will need a new unit soon and they gave me a fair price. Thank you Bi Polar.

    After having trouble with local and un honest companies I had to have work redone for my home, and dealing with this Texas heat I’m sure you know that not having it work is very discomforting. I called up bi polar ac and told them my situation and the friendly staff was real informative and punctual when it came to providing service for my home. They where honest and I could tell they definitely did not cut corners as I become a very satisfied customer and I strongly recommend them for any a/c work.

    These guys showed up smelling like marijuana and tried to scam me into paying for a new a/c system. They looked at my unit for 2 minutes and told me I needed a whole new system, $5800. I got a second opinion from another local company and they fixed my a/c for $175 in about 15 minutes.

    Great technicians, arrived early and quickly determined the problem was the fan motor and not the unit itself as told by another party. The unit is over twenty years, but the motor was quickly found. Bi Polar A/C had us enjoying the cool air in no time. They will be our choice when the time comes to replace my dinosaur ac units.
