    My warranty company scheduled for Bi-Polar A/C to replace my a/c condenser unit. First appt - they came out and said that they cannot fit the condenser through any doors to get to the backyard and that they would rent a crane (mind you, this is in July Houston heat). Second appt (week or so later) - they came out without a crane, just to say that the crane is too much liability and we need to cut down mine and my neighbor's fence to get the unit in my yard. I got permission from my neighbor and checked that this was how other neighbors in the complex handled this situation. Third appt (week or so later) - they come out and promise to put the fence back exactly as it was, after they are done installing the new a/c unit. At 4:30pm, I get a call from my tenant saying the a/c people are gone and the fence was not put back together, like they promised. I had to call a handy man and pay double for him to come after hours to put the fence boards back up. The day after the a/c installation, my tenant said the bathroom sink would not drain. Got a plumber out to fix it. Now, my tenant is saying another sink won't drain. The 2nd plumber said that the a/c condensation line was not cleaned out and it's clogged which is causing these issues. I've now had to pay for fence repair and 2 plumbers, all b/c this company did not do the job that they were paid to do, which is install an a/c unit correctly.

    DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DON'T BE CHEAP B/C IT WILL COST YOU MORE MONEY LATER. FIND A REPUTABLE A/C COMPANY TO DO THE WORK CORRECT THE FIRST TIME AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

    They were supposed to be here in August. Every day they said we will call back. We had to get our home warranty co to call them multiple times. Finally December they show up. No one spoke English. Our outside unit was not level. The inspector was 5 hours late to do final inspection. Very poor customer service. We asked to speak to supervisor and was told one would call us. Still waiting.

    These guys are great - we both purchased a new air conditioner from them that has gone very well, and more recently they repaired another aging air conditioner for us. Christian showed up on time, serviced everything perfectly, and I felt they were very reasonable with their pricing. this is a great group to do business with and we will certainly make them our preferred vendor for everything related to heating and air conditioning!

    This company attempted to rip us off through our home warranty company. They falsely submitted some of the repair scope as “modifications” knowing home warranties won’t cover modifications and would ask us to pay for this out of pocket when in fact no modification to the unit was being done. Only replacement of broken parts and installation of those parts. They did this because they gave the warranty company a discount and they were trying to make money back by submitting false charges. Once we caught them and called them out on it they refused to call us back or respond to us or our warranty company. Beware!! Do not use!!

    I would give a zero if I could! I went nearly 30 days without a/c because they would not send the diagnostic report to get approval from the warranty company. Call after call saying they would do it today and day after day not get done. After weeks to get that done then the same for them to submit an estimate. And finally after 3 weeks of calling multiple times a day An approval was given and an appointment given. The appointment came and went, show! So I call again and tell me the next day. Time comes and goes no call no show. I called they assured me he was coming just late. Called several more times he never showed. Called the next morning and they said he would m be there in the afternoon. I insisted they reschedule him to come to my house first since things had been handled so horribly! He finally showed up. The repairman was polite and did a good job. Run don’t walk! Call another provider!
