Bi Polar A/c & Heating L.L.C.

They sent unqualified technician twice and they broke more parts than they fixed and I am now required to replace entire condenser unit. WORST business STAY AWAY

Not trust worthy. They charged us for new coil, new drain pan, and new float switch. But didnt finish the job. Only replaced the coil. Nothing else. You have to double check their work. Dont trust them.

Had a great experience with this company . They came all the way to Channelview the next day I called them .Gabriel , went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I couldn't have hired anyone better for this job. I highly recommend Bi Polar A/C & Heating Co.

I love this company i called to see if they can squeeze me in because i did not have a appointment to find out why my AC went out they was here within a hr .They found out what was the problem ordered the part and fixes it within minutes. They are fast and VERY honest company .I would recommend them to anyone.

The lack of customer service and communication was very disappointing. Although I was going through my home warranty company no one took ownership of the process and followed through. I finally had to get the job done though and better company that did the job right the 1st time.

We scheduled an appointment, and they did not show up. They called us to reschedule and they did not show up again. I called back and they said they would show up later that day, but they never did. I’ve wasted over 10 hours waiting for them.

Wow! Today it snowed in Houston. I had bought a new thermostat but did not set it the correct way, spent the night cold. Vitto came at 7:30 in the morning and changed the settings in my thermostat, and the best part he did not charge me for that. Honesty! Something hard to find nowadays. This is the company I will be calling from now on.

I was referred to Vito the owner of BiPolar through a friend who is an expert in HVAC's. Not only was Vito professional, courteous, he was also the most reasonable (by a lot) compared to several other HVAC companies who bid on the job. With them you are paying for the work not overhead.

His crew came on time as promised, completed the job well and before time. They went out of the way to do a few things that were not in the quote.
