The appointment with Preferred went well. Darian the technician detailed all options for my water heater which he did replace and the toilet repair that was done. The company came highly recommended from my neighbors and overall I was satisfied with the job that was done.

Kevin, Chris G, Ryan, Richard, Elliot , and Tony did a fantastic job on all of our electrical renovations today! Fast and very professional. Love Preferred!

All the staff I spoke with, were exceptional! Polite and friendly from the minute I called to get the my water tank looked at to the updated text messages letting me know when a technician was available 👍

William Smith and his assistant went above and beyond when fixing our plumbing problem. Both gentlemen were nice and courtesy and respected our home. They are great representatives of Preferred Home Services.

Called sunday afternoon to see when they could come out for a non-emergency. The were at my house the following morning on a national holiday. No extra fee just regular rates. They then discounted the work by changing their plans fon how to fix to work around my budget. Mr. Williams and Mr. Deonte were professional and very friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

Also the system the company uses to notify you of arrival time for the technician and coordinate when is good for you is great. I will use this company for life and recommend them highly.

Edit: I forgot to add I briefly mentioned my upstairs sink had low water pressure during small talk and the guys fixed the issue quickly without a problem. This wasn't even part of why I had asked them out to begin with but they happily took the extra 5 minutes to make my life just a little bit better. Thanks again!

John Chrysostom provided excellent service when he installed a new outlet in my garage. He worked quickly and cleaned up when he was done.

My experience was great. The repairmen Chris and Ian did Ian did a great job. The were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

My water heater went out, unexpectedly. It's older and so I already knew the whole thing was probably going to have to be replaced. I called PHS. I'd used them for big projects in the past and they were GREAT! So it was a no brainer. Not only were they out here within 45 minutes of the call, but came prepared to do the job right then. Thomas and his assistant were AWESOME! The replacement done in two hours. Professional. Informative. Cleaned up after themselves. Can't say enough about this wonderful company.

Had our AC system replaced in a timely and professional manner. The team went above and beyond even bringing out AC window units to get us through the weekend until installation could be done.

From start to finish my experience with Preferred Home Services was excellent. The electricians arrived on time, listened to my concerns, and communicated with me throughout the repair process. The electricians presented each repair option before beginning work and the price was fair. I am completely satisfied with the work performed and will contact Preferred for future electrical work.
