Joey and Cameron did a great job and were a huge help installing two fans and moving some lights around. Efficient, punctual, and both a pleasure to interact with. I am so happy with the outcome, and appreciate their time and work. It did come at a higher price tag than we wanted but for the level of service and superior time management it was worth it.

JT did an amazing job diagnosing our units problem and he was able to get to our house within a couple of hours. It's never fun when the AC unit goes out on a 93 degree day, but Preferred Home Services was able to squeeze us into their schedule. A++ service from JT, highly recommend!!

John Chrysostom saved the day! We had an issue with a fan. John was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. So glad he was able to figure out the issue.

Kevin came out and installed a surge protector outside of my house. He also replace some outlets and gave me some quotes on some things that I might need down the road. We was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. He and his coworker did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had our house main drain blocked and water backing up into our master bath tub and shower. Avery came out within an hour after my initial call. We were extremely lucky to have this talented young man come out to fix our issue. He worked through the night to make sure everything was right and pipes cleaned out. Even included a missing cap and finding the drain line that was buried beneath the dirt. He explained everything every step of the way. Thank you Avery! Preferred is lucky to have you.I will always be a customer and highly recommend this company.

Preferred home services has been amazing . One of their amazing plumbers Revlon did an awesome job replacing my mom's toilet. He was thorough and very knowledgeable! Thank you Revlon!

The five stars here go to the technicians working for Preferred. Namely Ted and Justin ( I think). Ted went above and beyond taking care of our system. Stand up individual and an asset to the company.

The company itself gets 3 stars. Too much focus on sales. I’m an HVAC customer and they contacted me trying to sell me plumbing and electrical services.

This was our second time using Preferred Home Services, and again we were extremely pleased! We were visited by Zach on Saturday for our quarterly HVAC service. He was very professional and explained his findings. Unfortunately his finding were not positive, but he took the time to explain everything including our options for repairs as well as offering to set up meeting for an estimate for a new system. We took him up on that offer and he got us set up with an estimate appointment for the next business day. On Monday we met with Mo, who again was very professional. He went over the best options for our property as well as all of the financial options. We were able to chose a system that day and have our installation scheduled for the next day! On Tuesday Sean and his team showed up at the scheduled time for our full system installation. Every was very professional again, and the installation of an entire system was so smooth! On all occasions I received paperwork within minutes to my email with the expectation of service, recommendations, and pictures. I’m so glad we called Preferred! we would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.
