From the beginning to the end, Preferred Home Service has been the absolute best!! Quick response from the initial text to getting our technician, Nathan, here on a Sunday morning. Our laundry room is quite small and limited space for a water heater. The first one didn’t fit but Nathan picked one up Monday morning and was here before 9:00 AM. He was very professional and efficient. After the installation was finished, he went up in the attic to ensure the flue was not disrupted. We will definitely use them again if we need anything around the house.

I couldn’t have asked for a better team to assist with our duct work, AC, and plumbing. Everyone was professional, caring, and extremely knowledgeable/ hard working. They took time to help us understand the work that was done, and kindly provided solid advice for future home concerns. We highly recommend Preferred Home Services and look forward to working with them in the future!

Travis was awesome, super friendly and efficient. He did an awesome job installing the tankless water heater and explained to me what was going to happen and how it worked before he left.

Derek Lemon was my technician today. He was following up on a service we had a week ago and also did our yearly maintenance. He was the best technician that I have ever had. He was extremely polite and professional. I will also request him in the future. It was such a pleasure to conduct business with him. He is a great representation of the company

Matt Sanders came to our home today and did an inspection and he did a phenomenal job. Matt was very thorough with what we needed to do and take care of before things was to get bad. He was very polite and very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. He definitely is number one in our books and I would highly recommend him and the Preferred group!!!

I have used Preferred Home Services twice now and both times they have been fantastic. Last night we had a sewer back up into our house. Not fun. Revlon from Preferred arrived first thing this morning and spent the whole day at our house diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgable. He explained everything for us and gave us an itemized bill. We will definitely keep using Preferred for all of our home needs.

I had the true pleasure of meeting and experiencing the people that work here. I have met roughly 14 and each was smiling, happy, professional, personable, and knew their stuff. First I met Shannon in Customer Service. She was excellent. Displayed a professional attitude but also had a wonderful sense of humor. I met Trent next and along with Holden, Kevin, and their other team member. They came in, assessed, took photos, wrote out options, then installed quickly, cleanly, and efficiently our new system. Every so often checking in with me to alert progress and then showed the work, explained the system and left again, with a smile on their faces! INCREDIBLE. All this because of Mike Funeral and his friendship, professionalism, knowledge, and passion for this company.Once on, you could feel the difference immediately and my family is cooler, and at a lower electric bill! I HIGHLY recommend these folks.

Wow! Their customer service is exceptional! Ciara, I’m really hoping I got her name right, she was awesome! So kind, courteous and helpful. I have used them before and was very happy. After calling today for another service, I was reminded of why I went back to them. Fabulous customer service!

Mr.Tony was extremely informative and professional. He did excellent work and explained everything in detail. I appreciate that very much as a customer. Ms. Lynn was also very friendly, informative, and professional on the line. The communication is a plus with this company. 5 stars indeed!!!!!

Very knowledgeable tech. Gave us info on our system & tips to save money on heating/cooling bill that no tech or repair person ever did before. We have been in our house since 1982 so we have seen several repair techs over the years. Very impressed! JT was a friendly & knowledgeable person. Would highly recommend this company. You will be a very satisfied customer if you get JT Wyatt to answer the appointment!! Nothing but professional service!!
