We are very thankful for the technician, Clint Lankford, that serviced our home. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, honest and kind. We will continue to ask for his and Preferred Home Services service.

Henry and Glenn did our PM service on our A/C unit today. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and detail oriented. Help me solve an issue with our drip pan overflowing by selling me a new switch that would prevent this issue from happening again. Great guys!!!

Second time using Preferred Home Services for their plumbing work, and never had any problems with them, they were always honest, quick to get to work, and explain it to make sure you umderstand. Chris Gibbs is someone I will always recommend to a family or friend to ask for when asking for their services. Will always choose them and recommend them!

Both Wes and Raymundo were on time, professional and very detailed in their service at our home. They were very respectful of the premises and cleaned up their work area when completed. They fully explained what they would be doing before beginning and kept us abreast of the changes in the workplan along the way and took care to utilize pathways throughout the home that would least impact our daily operations within our home.

Kevin was very professional and personable. His knowledge, expertise and patience helped solved my problem in getting my ceiling fan operational. Nonetheless, the company expresses excellent customer service from every staff member. Thank you all for your help!

Thomas did a fantastic job installing our home water filtration system. From the original water test and explanation of different product options through to his demonstration of the unit once installed, Thomas was extremely thorough with his work and professional. Our water is night and day before and after. Thank you!

I called Preferred Home Services for an HVAC repair after a wire was accidentally cut. Everyone I talked to was incredibly friendly and helpful. The technician was polite, explained the problem, explained the solution…really everything you’d want with a tech. The wire was cut by someone preforming some wildlife preventative measures. The wildlife guy ended up arriving while Preferred Home Services were here. He quickly apologized and took ownership of the problem. He will be deducting the repair cost from my bill with him.

My problem with Preferred Home Services comes from the pricing. The work was repaired in about an hour. It required reconnecting two wires…for $467. Even though I’m being reimbursed for the cost, it feels incredibly high for what was completed. Their fees seem to be just a flat rate, regardless for parts/labor used. I doubt I’ll call them for future repairs simply due to their pricing structure.

This is my second time using Preferred Home Services. (First time was for a new HVAC unit.) This time for a leaking tub faucet. Upfront pricing, quality, timely service. Entire crew are great to deal with. Caleb was knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions about what options were out there for our issues. Would recommend and I will use them again in the future.

So, this will be a long one. I had a very old HVAC system, so I got a quote from a couple of the highest rated places around, to see about getting it replaced. One company got me a quote very quickly without even coming to the home, one company did not reach back out to me, and Preferred Home Services went above and beyond. They sent Josh out to my home the next day, and he thoroughly went over my system and spent nearly 2 hours with us discussing our options. He was extremely friendly, professional and informative. I will say, the quote was higher than the other company, but it was well worth it, due to the amount of work they put in. The day after Josh was there, they installed not only the HAVC, but a water heater as well. James and his crew did some seriously high quality work that I don’t believe I would have received anywhere else. Aaron, who installed the water heater, was beyond nice and did a fantastic job. I couldn’t say enough positive things about everyone we encountered, again, making the price worth it, to me. I am definitely happy I made the choice to go with this company, and will always use them in the future.

Can't say enough good things about this company in general and Eric D'Argo in particular. The building I live in had a terrible plumbing issue on Easter Sunday--Eric arrived quickly and worked on the issue for 5 hours that day (and for most of the next day with his team). He was thorough, he cared about the work he was doing, and he clearly understood the quirks of an old building. Thank you for helping us get squared away--it is much appreciated!
