The installation so far has been a great experience? Jeff came out and understood our needs and gave us a tailored plan for our needs. Tim, and Ryan and Guage performed a very efficient installation. They kept me informed of what they were doing, kept the area clean and were very courteous. Marshall’s will come back after drywall work is done to install vents and finish up. I would highly recommend Marshall’s for any residential HVAC work.

Very pleased with all the staff I had contact with regarding our new gas fireplace insert. From the sales staff and estimator to scheduling and installation, everyone was helpful and professional. Desiree, Nick and Jorge were great to work with. Very pleased with our new high efficiency gas fireplace!!! I also need to mention Marshall’s 100% compliance with COVID masking which I very much appreciated. Really a “top drawer” crew.

Our maintenance man was thorough, friendly and very professional. When I called to schedule the maintenance the ladies who made the device call were great and reminded me to have my systems warranty changed to my name. I would recommend them to anyone for their services

Fellow was prompt polite and knowledgeable. Repair cost $150 to get him on site, and then $295 to replace a circuit board assembly. The part probably cost under $100. The guy was there 30 minutes. Understand knowledgeable workmen are hard to come by, but they don't need to make $500/ hour. I would have felt good if they credited the $150 to the repair, but they charged me $445 for a 30 minute repair.

I will shop elsewhere next time.

Got an appointment for an evaluation of my system (heat pump was down) quickly and during my preferred time. I was notified by phone about 30 minutes before the technician arrived. Once there, the guy was friendly, helpful, and most importantly, knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained why it might have occurred, and fixed it. He also examined the entire system to ensure that the repair was the only problem. The price was fair and the entire process was less than an hour and our air-conditioning was running.

Cleaned and inspected my natural gas fireplace. Adjusted and quoted me price for fan installation. Very professional Person and very knowledgeable of his job. Would like home next time. Good people. Cary

Marshall’s Insulation installed bat and blow insulation into my attic side spaces, bringing it up to code. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient! I noticed a drastic difference the evening after install. The overnight temp was 15F and the next morning I could get out of bed without freezing off my extremities! Thank you so much Marshalls!

Marshall's çame on time yesterday in fact 10 mins early which was very impressive. All were very professional from the electrical men to the installer.
Installer went over operational procedures which was hands on. Took me outside also to see where it was put in. Had to trim my plants to accommodate the fit & it looks nicer than I anticipated. Inspection is in about 5 days. Nice & cool in here now. Thank you Marshall's for a great job. 😃

I purchased my pellet stove from Marshalls after reading many reviews on other companies and stoves. They came out and installed my stove. The installers were very nice and helpfull. Going into our third year of using it and it decides not to work. Called the nice people at Marshalls, they sent a tech out the next day. GREAT SERVICE! Diagnosed the issue, educated my husband on some other small areas of maintenance. Been running great since. Nicest people to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Marshalls!
