I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Jco!! They were referred to me by my roommate’s family, who had previously hired them for a ductless heating & cooling installation at their house & were very impressed with their service 🙂 We went with a 3 unit install at my house for full house coverage. Wesley & his crew were very professional, polite, friendly, & hardworking!! Wesley put in a lot of attention to detail & hard work while making sure the ductless units were installed to my liking & in the proper locations. One unit needed to hang where an important wall hanging of mine was - Wesley did a custom install on that unit so we didn’t have to move my wall hanging! He & his crew went above & beyond! The units look & work great! 5 Stars! Highly recommend!! 👌

I am so impressed with Jco Heating & Air. I had several companies out to bid a new ductless system for my house. Jco was the only company that took the time to explain why I should size the unit properly. Other companies wanted to install a smaller unit. Now, knowing this, I notice when I go to my friends houses, their units struggle to keep up. Mine has no issues whatsoever and will likely last longer because it doesn't have to work as hard to keep up. Thank goodness I had Jco out to bid this job.

Great Company! Used them to install a couple ductless systems in my 1920s farm house and wow what a huge difference! They were professional, in and out, and very responsive. Defiantly recommend using these guys!

Needed to upgrade my electric ceiling heat in an older home, and worried about my options to keep the architectural lines of my house. Very happy with the discussion of options during the bid, and the knowledge for how it would function in my house. We used Jco to install a heating/AC system. We received bids from 3 different companies. We were very happy with the efficiency in which they installed our unit, and the helpfulness of everyone at their office.

The 4 techs that were here were awesome, friendly and detailed and made sure the system was working completely the right way and that I fully understood the system

We met with several HVAC specialists when upgrading from our older gas furnace to a heat pump. Jco was the clear choice. Their presentation was less corportate and clearly knowledgable. They did not push for a sale. Our options were thoroughly explained and it was evident how a new heat pump would meet our cooling and heating needs. After living with the new system for 7 months it has worked flawlessly. When a question arose regarding our new thermostat they sent their service specialist out right away to assess the situation. Regan is knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. Our home is spread out and we are pleased that the temperature throughout is even and well regulated. We are completely satisfied with our Daikin VRV system and recommend Jco for your HVAC needs.

If I could give zero stars I would. The owner came by to give us a bid on a job. Later when I called to schedule, the receptionist informed us that he decided he did not want to do work for us. They acted like it was personal but they offered no reasons why the owner would never do our job. So weird...I had called them because my daughter used them and liked them. Needless to say it was very unprofessional behavior. We now use another provider with great results. This guy has a professional loose screw in my opinion. I've worked with many service providers for our various properties for over 30 years in Eugene, this was a first.

I have used many heating and ac company's on alot of rental properties. Jco has stood out the most when it comes to standing by their work and their word is their bond. They are very reasonable on pricing and fast responses. Their electrical team has been amazing to. They are thorough and always go above and beyond.
