Had a ductless system installed and am very happy with the work done. Robert and Scott the electrician were very knowledgeable and had great communication. An internet cable was inadvertently broken during the installation, and not only did they tell me about it immediately, the electrician was able to get it repaired the same day. Office staff were also very communicative and helpful throughout the process. I definitely recommend their services.

We worked with Emerald Valley Weatherization to get insulation done on our house about a year ago, and we were happy to have them put in our ductless heating system this time around. They got the work done quickly, they always responded promptly to any questions we had, and helped us with the EWEB loan process. They were friendly and professional throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend them for both of the jobs they have done for us!

Loving the Mitsu ductless heat pump since it was installed on Aug 30th 2021. Works perfectly bringing the heat and cool to our entire house since. A+ service from Kristin, Robert, the EVW crew and Scott the electrician.

Emerald Valley installed a window and door for us, as well as replaced another window. They were great to work with every step of the way and their work is excellent! From the initial bid to the folks at the front desk to the workers who did the installation, everyone was professional and wonderful to work with. Well I would say that I would not use Emerald Valley again they put the wrong doorin patio door. Mine was a 6' and they put a 5' door in so so because I got upset with them they're not gonna do anything for me they told me that they are not gonna do business with me anymore because I was upset because I couldn't get my furniture in-and-out my door now and I was pretty upset Other than that, they did an excellent job on my windows besides me being upset about my sliding glass door, they are a good company company see what happens when you get upset you say things you don't mean. Thank you

I needed my garage/woodshop insulated, after finding out the hard way it wasn't. EVW were backlogged by several months, but it was worth the wait. Communication from the front office was excellent. The people who did the work were very careful and thorough, and very respectful of the machinery and hand tools all around them (believe me, that was a big source of stress). I'm dealing with a serous medical condition, and they cheerfully complied when I told them (in advance, so no surprises) to please mask up and stay masked up. They showed up on time, were very clear about a couple of options I could choose, finished in the promised time frame. Walls were patched neatly, and cleanup was thorough. Shop was a lot warmer the next day! Highly recommended.

We were very happy with Emerald Valley Weatherization. Prior to the work being done, they answered any questions we had and were always available to speak with us over the phone. They also dealt with the EWEB rebate without us having to do anything after our application was approved. Although they had to delay the work due to smoke in the area, they kept us up to date on the scheduling changes daily until they had a confirmed date. They were quick and efficient with the work they did on our house, getting two separate projects done in less than a day. They cleaned up everything after their work both inside and outside. They are a friendly, professional company and we would definitely recommend them to others!

They are an honest company doing good work. I recommend them for jobs great and small. The products they install are of high quality too.

I highly recommend Emerald Valley! Kristin was wonderful to answer our many, many questions ahead of the project's start date, and even arranged for a member of the installation crew to come out early and really look things over before giving us a final bid. The crew did excellent and thorough work, and kept our home very clean. They were also really friendly and pleasant. The price was exactly what we were expecting--no surprises. And we are so much more comfortable in our house now. It was a pleasure to work with this professional company!
