The installation was fast and very professional for our air conditioning unit. Quality products and staff. The installers are smart, approachable and they had a certified electrician on staff for the hook up. Marshall’s was the right choice.

From quote to install of our new heat pump, Marshall's was great. Install date was timely and the crew was great. The job took longer than expected due to expected challenges with our older house and the electrician ruining behind but that didn't stop the installers from finishing everything up and taking the time to explain everything that was done at the end of their very long day.

This company has been charging my elderly parents for questionable annual maintenance on their relatively new heat pump to ensure it didn't have any unexpected problems. It's now non-functional in the middle of a heat wave and they said they wouldn't be able to come out for two weeks. Spend your money somewhere else.

My experience with Marshall's has been nothing short of horrible. We paid Marshall's to install a new furnace, add an air conditioning unit, and move our water heater. The plumber they contracted completely screwed up our pipes when moving the hot water heater leaving us unable to get more than a trickle of hot water for 4 days. They installed the AC Unit, but then completely forgot to run power to it. We discovered this months later when it was 100 degrees out. We stuck with them and had them come out to perform yearly maintenance on our brand new furnace. Unsurprisingly, everything checked out because the furnace was literally brand new. 3 months later the furnace is broken and Marshall's wants me to go without heat for a week before looking into it. Avoid this company at all costs. They are an absolute disaster and will cause you more headaches in the long run.

Edit: With respect to the response below, it's true, Marshall's did not charge me for problems it caused during the installation. That's a really low bar, but I guess that's where we are. It is also true that they eventually completed the work I had already paid them for months earlier. Marshall's--Not right the first time, but eventually we'll get around to it! Finally, Marshall's did offer to come out and service the unit after i posted this review across multiple platforms and had already found a different company willing to come out the same day for less. Good riddance.

People here are great, from the reception & scheduling to energy advisor, the people who installed/ checked the unit just to make sure it's working on top condition with summer season coming up; they are all wonderful, punctual & professional to work with. Great to do business with. They do maintenance on my system yearly. There was a problem with a part they installed in January. As soon as they were made aware of it, I was on the schedule for an assessment. When they got a cancellation, I was prioritized, and the technician was here (two days before the first really hot day this year!). C. Armstrong was courteous and efficient, going through the whole system to locate the problem. Once identified (a defective part installed earlier this year), he ordered a replacement of the part (which was still under warranty) and got in touch with Desiree in their office about what caused the problem. He will return as soon as the replacement part arrives, possibly two weeks. To my great relief, Desiree authorized that these two service calls will be covered by Marshalls! Thank you so much to Marshalls. I will continue to see them every year for my "tune-up", and highly recommend them.

Started having some issues with the fan in our fireplace, and Marshall’s is one of the few places in the area who will service our model. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and our technician Richard was awesome. Arrived on time, was very friendly, and very thorough when troubleshooting the issue and talked us through it every step of the way. We are very happy with the service received, and will continue to use Marshalls for future fireplace maintenance.

They had great knowledge of the install process in a very confident way and paid attention to every detail from start to finish! Their professionalism mixed with the quality of customer service can't be beat! I am truly happy with the service I received. Jen, scheduler, was professional and respectful. Jeff Allen, the service technician, was very patient with me and all the questions I asked.
