Needed them to repair a 3 year old central air system that they installed in new construction . It was no longer cooling. Technician was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and repaired the leak without issue. He found the leak at a fitting on the condenser. Final Bill was over $800 for a simple leak detection, r410a recharge and to add dye. I paid the bill but was expecting something in the $300-$500 range. They charged over $600 for 7lbs of r410a alone, that is a 1000% markup. I made calls to 2 other local companies and was told that $350 was the going rate for leak detection and recharge. I called the office to let them know I was overcharged and the service manager said she would review the charges. She called me back 2 weeks later just to tell me that they would not be refunding me anything. My personal opinion is that this is not a company that is willing to stand behind their own installation and is going to quote you a price on the repair and then stick it to you on materials. I will not be using them again.

They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, worked hard squeezing a 1.5 day job into 1 day without cutting corners, and answered all of our questions. Very satisfied with the end result!

The employees were kind, thoughtful, empathetic, highly efficient and professional in a manner one does not encounter often anymore. The diagnosis was explained in terms I understood. They communicated so effectively with our reluctant Home Warranty carrier to get us what we needed in a timely fashion. They found our replacement unit just before it was sold out at the manufacturer. The various departments work together like a well oiled machine. Everyone from my first phone call to the finished installation was friendly and professional. I came home from a trip to a dead furnace and very cold house. Keith, my technician explained the diagnosis and my options clearly. He also showed me a feature about my 23 year old gas fireplace I didn’t know before. A few hours later, Jeff arrived to facilitate a replacement, and inform me about adding air conditioning. Never pushy, just knowledgeable. My installation team, Rick and Jorge arrived on time, answered my questions, and went right to work. Despite a delay, due to faulty equipment, they completed the project on time, and left my garage cleaner than when they started. They both had great attitudes, even whistling while they worked. The office staff throughout the process was cheerful, efficient, and knowledgeable. Thanks to all of you, I am warm again, and will be cool during the hottest days of summer.

Richard was the service tech, he ran some tests on the system and discovered the issue. He checked everything else out to be sure that was the actual problem. He discussed the problem and explained what it would take to resolve it. It was quickly repaired and back to cooling temps. He ran a few tests making sure it was fully operational and gave a few tips on preventing future issues. They were great to deal with. Very Helpful.
