At two separate properties, I have had Marshall’s repair existing equipment and have also purchased new equipment from them too. Their work has always been great and their staff courteous!

The technician Donavin did a fantastic job. He was very professional, courteous and explained things throughly. Five stars out of five.

Can always count on Marshalls to provide great service with highly trained, courteous and professional staff. First time I had air ducts cleaned in 20 years. We’ll worth it and could tell right away improved air quality.

Nick was on time to install our ductless HVAC system. He was very cordial, knowledgeable, and thorough.

From the initial estimate survey through installation and testing Marshall’s consistently kept us informed of the progress of all phases. Nick and Braedon, the installation team, were professional and performed the installation on time. They were extremely considerate of our at home work requirements always checking with us when the work might disrupt our work. They coordinated the ceiling return air cut in till the last detail to keep our ceiling radiant heat on till the last day. As a commercial construction superintendent I told Nick I would love to have people like him and Braedon on all my jobs.
We have had the new heating and air filtration system running unnoticed except for the clean comfortable air for a week and a half now and love it!

The two service men from Marshalls did the complete installation (4/21/03) of a new HVAC furnace/heat pump system (taking away the old system). They were especially careful, thorough and efficient. They arrived when the said they would, worked continuously throughout the day, allowed us to ask questions and to observe. We feel confident that we are getting an excellent system expertly installed.
