We started having issues with our air conditioning last summer. My husband recommended we use Marshalls after some dealings he had with them at his work. His recommendation was spot on. The technician, Jacob came out this morning, was on time, looked the unit, ran some tests and found the problem. He had the part he needed on his van and was able to get it repaired on the spot. Jacob was very friendly and had great knowledge of our unit. Would highly recommend Marshalls .

The maintenance guy Tim was very nice and courteous. He thoroughly checked every aspect of our pellet stove to get down to the problem!
He was at our house for quite a few hours and kept things clean as he went along. Definitely recommend! My only issue is I feel like the pricing is a bit high-$165 just for them to come out for a diagnostic test, so any repairs are extra on top of that!

After I called with concerns re the heating performance of the ductless system Marshall's installed 3 years ago, a diagnostic technician arrived the next day.

He quickly verified that the system was not functioning properly, and his supervisor cleared the rest of his schedule so that he could fix it that day. After draining the refrigerant, he filled the lines with Nitrogen under pressure. He soon found a very small leak in one of the refrigerant lines and fixed it, then drained the Nitrogen and filled the lines with refrigerant, then stayed until the system was fully functioning.

I've never seen people work harder in my life. The two installers sent by the company never took a break! It was difficult, hot, dusty work and they were fantastic. I'm amazed by their work ethic, their willingness to listen to questions and answer simply and carefully. Thank you, Marshalls, for sending such incredible workers to install a complex system into a house that was never designed to handle the change in climate that this 30-year-old home has endured.

The Marshalls Team has designed and is now installing a radiant floor heating system and a gas fireplace in our new home.
Most of the folks on the Team have been at this a long time and they know what they are doing. Innovative and effective design means reliable and easily serviced systems. Seeing the common sense in the installation and how they work with my General Contractor gives me confidence in the results.
Showing up and getting the work done efficiently is also impressive.

Great company. A little backed up so call early.

We purchased our heat pump from Marshall's 8 years ago. This appointment was for routine maintenance. Rick impressed us by his courtesy and knowledge. He took the time to listen and explain. (All was good with our system.) We are grateful that Marshall's is available locally and have been a great company to do business with. Thank you, staff!

I am very happy with my new gas fireplace insert and the installation went smoothly and the work was done well. Thanks to Rick and Edwin for a job well done.

Jeff was patient, thorough, explained what was wrong with our furnace, rerouted wiring and organized the prior installation to make future servicing more efficient. Since we might not have heat for a few days he even offered to bring out space heaters! Excellent friendly service from the front office at Marshall’s as well.

Marshall;s called when Donovan was within 20 minutes of my home. He arrived on time. He was masked and gloved and wore shoe covers while in the house. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and competent. He explained what he would be doing and left the thermostat with all of my original settings in tact. It was a professional experience. I especially appreciated how clean he was and how well he respected my home/property, I had no clean-up at all after he left. Rare these days.
