We needed a motor replaced in our ductless heat pump. The technicians were friendly and on time. There was a complication with the repair, however, April (office) and Matt (tech) went above and beyond to fix the problem. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

I'm not real thrilled with Pacific Air Comfort. My homes previous owner had them install a complete new HVAC system in my home so I thought I would use them to install a mini-split HVAC system in my detached garage. I made an appointment for this morning at 8:00am and was told that someone would be there at 8:00am sharp since I was taking time away from work to make this appointment. At 8:25 no sign of anyone, so I called Pacific and the gal I talked to confirmed my appointment and said she would see why he wasn't there. She checks and tells me he had a family emergency the previous day and they had forgot to call me and cancel my appointment and asks me if I want to reschedule, I told her no and mentioned that since I took off from work, it would have been nice for someone to at least call me the day of the appointment to cancel it. She said SORRY and hangs up. Needless to say I will never use the them for any of my HVAC needs!

They were quick and efficient, literally had a quote on Thursday, and the ductless heat system was installed by Monday. Everyone one I came into contact with was both professional, but also personal. Special props go to the workman who installed my system. They had a run of bad luck a mile long, but were still very friendly and pleasant to be around. I actually enjoyed having them in the house. Even the follow up was fun. I would suggest Pacific Air Comfort to anyone.

Wow, it's not like me to use a business without first reading their reviews on Yelp. I called Pacific Air because I initially received a quote from a different company that turned out to be expensive, and the serviceman was rude and condescending. I called Pacific Air because of their marketing exposure in Coquille. If I had read their reviews, I don't know that I would have called them. However! I DID contact them and had a ductless unit installed yesterday. I couldn't be happier with the result. After emailing the company, I received an immediate response from Amber in sales. She came to my house the next day and offered a quote the same day. Amber was very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Amber gave me the confidence I needed that Pacific would do an exceptional job.
After the equipment arrived, technicians Brett and Spencer were prompt, professional, and great to work with. They were finished with the install quicker than expected and they left the job site neat and tidy. Inside and out, the unit operates perfectly and looks spectacular.
My only complaint would be the last minute communications. The Monday morning install was delayed 24+ hours due to them not receiving the equipment on time. I wasn't informed of the delay until Monday morning prior to the scheduled install, which affected the other projects and contractors I was working with. If not for the communication issues, I would have gladly given 5 stars, the service staff was amazing!

After considering several bids, I selected Pacific Air Comfort in Springfield to install my AC system. They had a competitive bid and were wonderful to work with. The crew showed up on time and did a great job. They followed-up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I recommend them to anyone needing heating and air conditioning.

We are very pleased with the quality of our new air conditioner and the service of Pacific Air employees. The installation was done quickly and professionally. Every effort was made to make sure the complete system worked together efficiently. We have been customers for over 15 years and would recommend their services highly.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I first heard of them on the local radio and called them to come service my new heat pump (could not get the company that installed it to answer my calls) They came right out and took care of it. Recently I noticed insulation coming through the registers and called Pacific Air Comfort and they sent someone out to do an under house inspection and what a mess it was. We decided to replace all the ducting with metal ducting. Two guys from the Coquille office spent 3 days doing the work. They were nice, courteous and very hard working. We are very happy with this company.

Except service, Randy was incredible, very helpful and kept us informed through out the whole installation. The staff did a wonderful job, answering any questions we had. Sinh who is the person in charge of the ducts showed us how bad the dutc system in our house. For what it cost us we got more than expected. I recomend, that if you need a new heater contact them.
Sincerely a proud customer. The system required services recommended. A message popped up. That was great until I call to get it services, and low and behold they don't service Salem any more. And if I needed service I would have to.look for someone on my own. They don't know who can service in Salem.
Customer service is but customer service. Real rude.

I just had a gas furnace installed and I couldn't of ask for a better team of people to work with. From the time I called to the finished project. They helped me get in touch with the right people and got me through the paperwork, installers were on time, clean, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. If you are looking for a gas furnace I would definitely recommend Pacific Air.

AMAZING PEOPLE! Pacific Air installed an AC unit into my little coffee shop & I am beyond happy with not only my new unit but the service I received. Scott was a pleasure to work with, I was able to keep my coffee shop up & running as they installed the unit in just a couple hours. They were very professional & answered all questions we had, I would absolutely recommend these guys in a heartbeat! Thank you so so much! (:
