Very happy with this service. Very nice guy….after fixing my unit, he brought me in a few metal drywall screws to fix my sagging curtain rod that currently has plastic ones. He told me these would work better. I love that he noticed something that wasn’t even his job and gave me a solution out of the kindness of his heart. That’s a true professional and generous person.

Extremely pleased!! James, the technician, was not only personable but obviously very knowledgeable and experienced. He was able to accurately troubleshoot several problems. Ordered and received a part and was here the next morning to install and finish the job. He did a great job of keeping me informed on repairs he was making. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC work!!

I feel blessed to have found Kent Witham Air several years ago. I have had my heat pump for 27 years and they have kept it running beautifully. Their employees/technicians are knowledgeable and very pleasant. I've had Kent Witham Air send James out several years now to to do the annual maintenance on our ductless mini split system that they installed. He is fantastic, on time, very thorough, very personable, and I am very satisfied with his maintenance of our system. Highly recommended!

Our 30 year old HVAC system went out this past winter and we wanted to ensure the best system was installed balancing quality/value. After getting 6 quotes in Eugene/Springfield over the course of two months, we educated ourselves on the many options presented. We chose Kent Witham Air primarily due to the professionalism of Tim and his ability to deliver a system that met our needs at a competitive price. Tim took his time to educate us on all of our options and came through with the exact system another competitor was offering at a much better price; including enhancing our filtration system. Kent Witham Air’s technicians did a great job coordinating and completing the installation. We are super happy with the final product and will be returning to Kent Witham for any of our HVAC needs.

I called Kent Witham Air to schedule a technician to look at an intermittent furnace issue. Rose in the office was very friendly and knowledgeable. James the tech arrived exactly on time and was quickly in diagnostic mode. He was very good at explaining what he was checking and why, not to mention extremely courteous and mindful of our house!
After checking everything out, James found a solution for our issue.
While looking for the problem he basically gave our Heat system a full checkup as well.
From the phone call to schedule the appointment to the service appointment I could not have been more impressed. The service cost was more than reasonable, and no sales pitch to sell a new heating system.
These are good honest people that still believe in customer service!
I recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

I’d used several hvac companies and was never happy. Aggressive sales people or simply lack of expertise. That so changed when I met Kent Witham and starting using his company. 13+ years later I can honestly tell you there is no more honest and knowledgeable hvac contractor in lane county. A man that prides himself at just being a good human. Hard to trust people in business sometimes but I trust this company completely. I ventured away from him one time due to scheduling difficulties during a heat wave and I’m still regretting it. Kent Witham Air fixed took care of me when I came running back.

Kent Witham Air is a phenomenal company! They operate with integrity and show great care and concern for their customers. Last Summer, my Heat Pump and A/C unit went out during one of the hottest weekends of the year. They came out right away and took care of the issue. Every person that I interacted with was kind, courteous and professional.

I found the most professional HVAC company in the area, reasonable prices and super friendly staff. They explained everything they were doing and gave me a better understanding of how a heat pump works. Would recommend them for any HVAC needs to anyone.
