I've been working with this company since they were a startup both installing a new heat pump years ago and now maintaining both the heat pump and furnace. They're always timely, friendly and give good results. I've worked with several of their employees at my home over the years and they have all been well trained, knowledgeable and always helpful and kind.

Steve took such great care of us throughout the entire process. He is prompt, super knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond! I love my new ductless HVAC installed by Sunset Heating. It is ten times more efficient than my window AC and much better than my old baseboard heat. Steven Oakes and his installation crew were on time, only inside my house for 20 minutes, and super friendly. The unit outside looks great and the wiring and duct work are practically invisible. Steven walked me through the easy filter cleaning process and the remote control unit. The whole installation took less than 4 hours. I couldn't be happier with my new Mitsubishi Ductless HVAC and Sunset Heating and Air.

We came back from the 02/2021 storm to find 1/2 of our office's electrical was not working. Francine Harmon was fast and efficient and sent Eric out to review our issues. While it was not a simple fix, he came back out first thing the following day with AJ, another electrician, and was able to restore our power to get our computers, etc. working and was also able to offer solutions to help prevent this in the future.
