Marshall was very professional in all aspects of their work, from the first representative who came to our home to give us a quote for attic insulation work needed, to the techs and the office staff who took time to assure our needs were met. I believe we received great value at at reasonable cost. Marshall’s is now our go-to service company for all our heating and cooling needs.

Excellent and honest bid on new air conditioner and install. Given options for budget cost up to premium products. Maintenance technicians on day of install were extremely professional and hard working. Install and clean-up was seamless and very happy with quality of finished product/work. Would gladly do business with Marshalls again and refer to a friend.

Contacted Marshall’s for maintenance on our A/C system, but I was happy to find their maintenance package included both the A/C and the furnace. The technician was very professional. He pointed out some things of concern but didn’t pressure us to schedule any repairs. Very happy with the service and would use Marshall’s again.

Rick Douglas performed our first semi-annual maintenance on our one year old HVAC system. He was efficient, professional, very pleasant to deal with, and answered all our questions. We look forward to good service in the future.

Tim came and was very courteous and friendly and professional. He came at the end of the day and still gave us the attention needed to fix our AC. He is a hard worker and pleasant to talk with. I also called the office to make sure the appointment was still on because my slot was from 12 to 4 and they were courteous and assured me that he was still coming, was just at his last job. I would gladly use them again and was happy with the service.

The estimating process was very easy and came in lower than other bids while giving me more information, brochures, and other feedback to make my decision. I ended up going for an in-ceiling heat pump unit which is apparently relatively difficult to obtain and install. The back office kept me informed of shipping delays and worked with me to schedule the installation as quickly as possible. The installers were on-time and professional, and did a beautiful job. The improved temperature control was immediately obvious and I slept better than I have in months.

This service call/installation was to correct a prior Marshals install a few days earlier that had some missed opportunities. Edwin and Thomas were very professional in their quality of work and explanations.
