Our A/C went out last weekend and had them come out for an after hours diagnostic and hopefully repair. Unfortunately our 20 year old heat pump was completely done. There was no fix other than to totally replace the system. They were able to come out on Monday and give us a bid, we had another local company come out as well so we could compare. Marshall’s customer service is amazing, the other company told us we would have to replace our entire heating and cooling system estimated repair $11-15K. Marshall’s came out and took a look at our system and said they could easily just replace the cooling portion as the heating was working just fine. Estimated repair $5-7K. The decision was easy we went with Marshall’s as they gave us honest, clear information and given the fact that we have 2 young kids and a dog having no A/C was an issue we needed fixed ASAP. We got the official bid in on Monday, we signed and accepted it made our half down deposit and the same day the scheduling department called us with an emergency opening for Wednesday. 2 days after our bid during the hottest week of our summer Marshall’s was here installing our brand new AC unit. We couldn’t be more grateful for their willingness to do all they could to help us, their honest information about what we needed now and their customer service from all departments was some of the best we have ever had.
We will never do business with anyone else.

It’s incredible reading some of these negative reviews and what they actually say to you in return. It almost sounds like it’s an auto respond. It totally sounds like a copout. We had our system installed a few years ago not only did they go over their estimate, but then they harassed us to pay them. The lady in the office was so unprofessional that dealt with the billing. I told him at the time when they gave us the estimate that we could not pay any more than that. Not only that, but they put our registers in the worst possible spots. Since then we’ve had to have somebody come out and re-install some of the stuff under the house because they but we will never use them again.

Nick and Cheyanne were great as they replaced our AC & Furnace with a Carrier system. Very considerate, polite and efficient as they worked through the day. Laid out protection on the floor and took time to explain what they were doing as they went, whenever we asked questions.

Marshall’s did an amazing job on installing our ductless! Everyone from our energy advisor Jeff to our installers, Erique & Coats, were professional and friendly. The office staff did an excellent job of keeping us informed about install dates and any paperwork we needed to sign. The ductless they installed is doing a great job of keeping our home cool and comfortable during these hot summer days. I highly recommend using Marshall’s for your HVAC services.

As usual, Marshal's performed a thorough servicing of my heat pump system. Rick communicated all of the items that were checked and made recommendations for a new system. Ours is 22 years old. The cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Marshal's.

Jacob was very professional & respectful of our time and home. He was kind about having a newborn in the house and was very quiet while working in our home.
