Jeff was great answering all my questions and processing EWEB rebate.
Jake was really great during installation. He had to come back a couple weeks later to fix an issue. It got a little complicated and he stayed way past 5:00 to get it all done. I appreciated that.

In August '22 we began researching local companies that do ductless system installations, and settled on Marshalls. Our installation occurred in Jan. '23. From start to finish, working with Marshalls was a pleasure. Each employee that we dealt with was well-informed, professional, and respectful. After finalizing the original contract, we requested a timing change due to the passage of legislation that would expand tax credits and rebates for installations happening in 2023 and forward, and this change impacted the choice of systems. The Marshalls advisor (Jeff) had already done great research into the various rebates we'd be eligible for, but he proceeded to re-visit the situation in light of the legislation requirements to ensure we'd be installing an eligible system (which turned out to be a more energy efficient system, of course). The installation team (Nick and Edgar) gave us every reason to have confidence in the outcome of their excellent work. Very happy with this new system; since mid-Jan. our experience, comfort-wise, has been vastly different compared to the existing individual room systems. We figured it would be an improvement, but it's a BIG one! For those exploring ductless, I strongly recommend reaching out to Marshalls.

We received excellent service from start to finish. The installers were top notch and did a fantastic job.

All work was completed within the time frame they set. Cleaned up area when finished.

I paid 7000$ for a new account and heating system and they said it had a 10 year warranty 18 months later the system isn't working and they are charging me 250$ to come out and look at the system not repair it they full on lied to me about the warranty which only includes parts not labor

Nick and Edgar are talented professionals who installed a ductless electric HVAC system, taking great care and ingenuity to fit it into my older home’s precious woodwork. Once again, Marshall’s did not disappoint.

Matthew Parsons was the tech specialists he did a fantastic job. He cleaned our system from top to bottom, will call for him next year when we have our maintenance!
