Yesterday we had our heat pump installed by the fabulous crew of Luis and Cheyenne. They were a delight to work with: efficient, professional; and friendly. They answered all our questions and gave us very good advice. Thank you. I really appreciated their services.

Theo arrived on time as noted by a phone call 30 minutes prior to his ETA. Immediately he was friendly(even to my dogs), courteous, and professional. His easy manner allowed me to ask questions as he was diagnosing my gas fireplace issues. The flame burns hotter and more efficiently now. He was informative and pleasant. I will be doing maintenance on a regular basis now. I hope he will be the one to do it.

Rick Douglas, the service technician, was very knowledgeable regarding our heat pump system, which hadn’t been operating for months. He had all the equipment he needed to service the unit, and soon had it up and running for us. He answered all our questions regarding its operation, showed us how to adjust the system remotely, and linked the system to our auxiliary furnace, to maximize the efficiency of the equipment.

I got my air ducts and vents cleaned. Cheyenne and Chris were very professional and worked extremely hard. I have increase air flow through my vents, so I noticed the results right away. They even got a birds nest out of my dryer vents 😯. Thank you. I’ve used Marshall’s in the past for maintenance on my furnace. That’s what made me call them again. 2nd time out and same great experience. I will use them again for sure!

Beginning with the sales associate who came to discuss new Heat Pump installation, through the bid process and resulting installation, Marshall’s staff was professional, available anytime for many questions, and extremely helpful. It was a great experience all the way around.

Nick and Quade were both very professional and efficient. They got right to work upon arrival and when they completed their work cleaned everything up. They worked very well together.

Jake the young installer was amazing. He was efficient polite and had a wonderful sense of humor. I thought it was amazing on the. Big ice day event of the valley and he showed up and coordinated the electrician work and was the first one here & last one out. What a nice Christmas present. I wasn’t sure with the bad weather that this could happen but Jake handled it. He needs a raise. Thank you. We are enjoying our new system.

Brandon Z and Edgar C were very professional while installing our new A/c unit. They explained what they were going to do, kept us updated throughout and cleaned up the site very well.

I’d certainly use Marshall’s again and appreciate the high quality technicians.

Mitsubishi ductless failed after five years. Compressor seized. Choice was to replace the compressor under warranty which is a long process, or replace the entire outside unit which took about two hours. Though losing the warranty value by replacing the unit with new, it made more sense to start out fresh instead of taking a chance that the other components in the unit would last.
Brandon, my technician was a super guy, and I enjoyed short visits while he worked. SUPER KNOWLEDGABLE AND PROFESSIONAL!
