Marshall’s installed a ducted heat pump system at a home my wife and I recently purchased. The two installers, Luis and Edgar were efficient, courteous and respectful of our space as they went about their business. The entire operation went according to plan and we are now enjoying the benefits of their work. Thank you Marshall’s.

I have been reluctant to have workers in my home during the pandemic, and I am so grateful that Rick has been vaccinated. He was an exemplary repair provider--courteous, considerate, helpful. I was very comfortable having him help in my home during the continuing pandemic. I would highly recommend his work.

I was a bit frustrated to learn that this appointment could have been avoided if the installers had told me to clean the water reservoir and pump float at the end of each summer season. The water that overflowed into my closet only damaged one item. I was very lucky in that, but it was a very time consuming process moving everything out. Knowing that it was completely avoidable, both in terms of cost and effort, was disappointing, frustrating. Still, I am very grateful to learn how to take care of the unit from now on. I was also fortunate that the overflow happened at the beginning of a cool weather pattern.

I think that a reputable company would give a bit of a discount on the service, as installers did not tell me that the cleaning needed to be done. (I would certainly have remembered climbing on the ladder to see where the reservoir is located and learning how to remove and clean it.)

We have difficult compressor access, as it is an especially steep metal roof -- very dangerous for the workers, and requiring good dry weather. But Marshall's has serviced us all these years professionally, using harnesses, climbing ropes and rooftop attachments. Safety first! There is an additional fee for that, but it is very reasonable. Just yesterday, they cleaned and tuned the roof components, and then serviced the indoor elements including filters and fluids. Everything is good-as-new and tip-top shape -- as always -- and not only was cost minimal, the pleasant interactions, considerate home access (booties on their shoes) and overall professional demeanor makes Marshall's our permanent "go-to" HVAC service. We would recommend them to anyone -- wish there were more than five stars to give.

Marshalls installed our heat pump a few years ago and did a fine job. Just today I called them for maintenance. They told me the earliest they could get here was August. I understand that they are busy, as so many are. However, because I wanted service sooner, I asked them who they would recommend as an alternative and they said "Nobody". Really? They're not aware of any other companies in the area? I consider that extremely unprofessional and I'm afraid I won't be using Marshall's again. Too bad. Priority One is coming out tomorrow.

The repairmen that were sent were excellent. They cleaned all of the ducts, and repaired some ducts that we were not getting air flow. I was very impressed with the service, and thought it was priced right. The heating unit is working much more efficiently.

Marshall’s is always so thorough and helpful. This was the first annual maintenance on my HVAC system, and my tech showed me everything he was doing and how to keep my system clean. Price was very affordable, and he showed up right on time. The only complaint is that Marshall’s is so busy right now it look me almost 4 months from calling to get this appointment! It’s worth the wait though! I’m happy to know everything was done correctly!

From the time I first called to inquire about a bid until the work was completed I found everyone on the Marshall's team to be professional, helpful and respectful. It was a pleasure working with them. The installers wore booties and masked up in my home. They were polite and friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. They put everything they needed to move back and cleaned up every last speck of sawdust. And answered my questions clearly and knowledgeably.

Impressed! Highly recommend.

Asked for a free estimate to replace my old heater. Gentleman came as scheduled and examined my existing set-up. Went back to shop to figure up costs and emailed me a completed form. Seems reasonable and will probably have work done in future.

I have used Marshall's for about 4 years now. I prefer them to other companies I have used for HVAC needs. They have always provided reliable, qualified service. Their customer service is also very good. All of the techs that have come to our home have been professional, courteous, and competent. And they all expressed confidence in the company they are working for. That is always an important sign---- ( when the employees are happy!)

Nick, Thomas, and Jeff from Marshall’s were great to work with. They showed up on time and were professional. I appreciate their friendliness to us and our dogs during the install. The ductless system looks good and works well in our house. Thank you to the team at Marshall’s for coming out quickly so we could have cool air during this hot summer. I recommend hiring them!
