The company representative that originally signed me up was professional and courteous. He set everything up for me. However when it was time for me to contact the company to pay my bill. It took hours to get a human on the phone. I called for weeks before I was able to get any over the phone assistance as I couldn’t sign in online. This was a huge inconvenience and kind of threw off the first impression. Hoping it all works out. Price was quoted differently than the original quote. I’m sure it’s because of how much the market changes.

Excellent service I called into the office and the lady that took care of me was A1. She took ownership with my issues and gave me tons of alternative options. I really appreciated the help she gave me and was so grateful for all her help.

I’ve run into a lot of problems working with this company for the past two years. They were rather helpless every time I call. They charge crazy amount of hidden fees, not to mention the oil price is the highest among other competitors.

I had a contract with them, and got ripped off when I decided to cancel. I got charged a whole bunch of fees, $399 cancellation fee, $69.95 diagnose fee, sales tax $6.21…. Etc… and I had to call many times throughout 3 months for the refund check on my balance which was $1151. If I didn’t keep calling, they would’ve never refunded me the money.

This is the worst experience ever. Don’t choose them!

Just want to thank Petro for giving me and my family oil even though I have a big bill. Very compassionate company.

At the signing moment I was told my price will be $5.759/Gallon and if price goes down I will be given at lower price. But they never gave me on lower price. atleast at the time of contract don't lie to customers. please becareful signing contracts with Petro.

My Girlfriend called me to ask me to come to her mothers house because there was oil on the basement floor. We found out that she had a contract with Petro and we called to ask what she needed to do. The same day Petro sent Vincent (#304) to her home. This technician was able to patiently and professionally calmly diagnose what the problem was and how to resolve it. Not only was he able to calm down everyone by explaining step by step what needed to be done , but he actually cleaned the whole floor and stopped the leaking oil tank. If it wasn’t for the professional way that Vincent made a bad situation for my girlfriend’s family, We wouldn’t know what to do! Large service companies like Petro could use more service employees like Vincent. I must say that he was just the most professional person I have ever met, his carefully explanation made it easy to understand for everyone. However the way that he cleaned up the oil was something that no one expected. Thank you Petro for sending employees like Vincent (#304). Your company gets 5 stars from us!

Petro staff is polite, professional, and caring. The tech who service the furnace and tank are neat, thorough, and quite nice. The staff is always there, ready to help, answer questions & for reassurance. They are knowledgeable and understanding. This company is the best in the business.

Customers don't get the benefit even when the oil price is better than the fall. Ceiling plan is not a good option for the consumer.

John, who was the technician who came to service our boiler was courteous, professional, & a gentleman. He was neat, clean, & did his job with a A+Rating. Thank you John & Petro.
