I've been a customer of Petro Home Services for over 5 years, and am so happy with them. They came out to resolve an issue yesterday and remained until nearly midnight to ensure everything was in order and our heat restored, as well as my faith in great business people. The technicians were so professional, diligent and thorough.

Anytime I call and speak with customer service they are very friendly and professional.

We did an annual tune-up and the smell was still strong in the recent year and found out that the tune up guy didn't even do a proper job at all( the top filter was missing from the beginning and the glass valve wasn't changed and so on). The repair guy from Petro was shocked to see that. I guess the tune up guy didn't do anything literally. Although the repair guy from Petro fixed the problem, I was so disappointed about their service and switched to a different company after 18 years.

We have been with them for over 25 years. I find that most of the Tech's that do come out are excellent. They have a quick response and never really keep you waiting. After reading all these negative reviews I wonder if this is the same company. I really feel bad for those who had a bad experience. They usually work with you. My parents had the company first and they were very courteous to senior citizens. Their tech. Chris was excellent and we usually try to get him. I renewed my contract I hope that they remain as they always have been.

In 2019, a much better experience than I remember from a few years ago: A short wait on the phone. Not an ordeal to set up an appointment. And the service tech arrived in the schedule window. He got to work and figured out the problem and replaced a transformer. So I would recommend Petro for service. In 2022, the technian (Chris) who came to my was professional and explained everything. Noticed right away that the water level indicator needed work without bringing it first to him.

Petro came to the house the same day I called for service. In addition to fixing the issue I had, they stayed to do the tune-up so I did not have to schedule another visit. As always, they were courteous, skillful, informative, and pleasant to work with. I am very pleased with their service. Their attention on the phone was also excellent. Thank you.

My family has used Petro for several years. They treated me like a random, and left me to wait almost 8 hours to correct a problem that they caused by not delivering oil in an appropriate amount of time. I had an international flight to take that morning and if it wasn’t for my neighbor volunteering to stay at my house and wait for them to come and fix the problem, I would’ve missed my flight. The said thing is they knew about it and didn’t even care. If this is their idea of great customer service, I definitely will switch to another company.🤬🤬🤬

The technicians, as always were great. This year Petro has instituted several safeguards to make sure there is enough oil in tank and communicates with us regularly. Thank you!

your company's response was absolute superb. My furnace stopped working in the early am just a day or two after receiving fuel. Your technicians identified the problem immediately and had a repair person at the house in the late afternoon the same day and solved the problem and heat was restored within 12 hours of being notified. great work

Friendly, supportive, caring, patient they have your best concerns at heart. When my system went down several times in 2weeks (no faults of theirs), just an OLD broiler they kept coming to start, fix and replace parts until finally the OLD broiler WORKED.
Customer Service awesome, apologetic even though the situation was out of their hands (it pays to be NICE).
The home Tech's same as customer service but, in a different way cause you come face to face with them were as customer service we're just a voice, a # and address. Looking for a dynamic oil delivery and maintenance company give Petro Oil a try and see if your not satisfied.
