When I needed to get an air conditioner in my first apartment, I wasn't sure who to call in Woodside. However, I followed the reviews for Evergreen Products and ended up very satisfied with the service and price. The installer was very helpful and explained to me everything that he was doing so that I wasn't skeptical about his service and I knew exactly what I was paying for. This is something that is important to me because I always like to know where my money is going! As someone who didn't know what to expect, I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. I also didn't have any problems with my AC unit throughout the summer, and it worked perfectly just as I needed it to for the months of summer when it was very hot. I would recommend Evergreen Products especially to those who are new to buying this type of service.

New York summer can be brutal, so my heart stopped when my A/C stopped working last month. A buddy mentioned Evergreen, so I called them up to come fix the machine. An hour later, a technician was on my doorstep, and two hours later my apartment was cooled to perfection. The repair was surprisingly affordable considering it's New York, and I was impressed by how quickly the job was done. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality A/C repair service. Prompt, professional, and pleasant - the three P's of any good service in my opinion.

I've Emailed, Fax (Which Does Not Work), Called Several Times And Left Messages For Well Over A Week. I Actually Spoke To Two People And I Still Have Not Received The Quote I Requested For Parts To Repair A Unit. At This Time I Will Be Convincing The Customer To Buy A Quality Unit Instead Of This No Customer Service Piece Of Crap.

My condominium had wiring for central air-conditioner so I needed to get one installed. After getting some really expensive quotes from different companies I called Evergreen Products and finally got reasonable quote for air-conditioner installation so I decided to go with them.
First they scheduled a technician to come to my condo and see what unit I need and check the installation and so on.The guy was on time,professional and got done in less than 20 minutes.Then I got scheduled for the installation and again I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and the high level of customer service these guys showed.I got my unit installed in less than 2 hours and because my wall thermostat was old they installed a new one with the remote control for free.My AC has great warranty which will cover labor and parts for 12 months and 5 years on compressor parts which I think is important and cost effective.The guys took the time to show me how to use the unit and gave me bunch of little tips on the maintenance and temperature control.
I was pretty anxious about getting this done due to high cost and virtually no knowledge about what was needed,but now that I see how easy these guys from Evergreen made it,I should have done this a long time ago.
No more toasting during summer for me! I love how nice and cool my home is!

We bought a Packaged Terminal Air Conditioning 2 month ago . and from last Tuesday it stop trowing cool air making disturbing noise .
We call evergreene service and they are coming on MONDAY ( 6 days withouth AC ).

It has been a horrible experience to buy this product . i dont recommend this to anyone.

SCAM artist. They haven’t returned my calls in 3 weeks. The Super tried and they didn’t return his call either. Do NOT use them. Once they sell you the product they don’t plan on servicing it.

worst product and worst service.. literally everyone in my building has had problems with their units and had little to no response from customer service. Go with a different company

They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. No call backs, warranties etc. I'm surprised they are still in business.

Worst product and customer service. When purchased they said 5 year warranty and now they want $195 to come and check the unit.

Worst service. They charge an arm and a leg and their repairs don’t last. I believe they sold me reconditioned units as new.
