Awful, they closed out a service ticket saying I wasn't home then reschedule me for say day from 1030pm to 130am (Sunday morning). I waited up till 3am and called was told I was next. The tech was at another customer still. Then around 430am they changed the time to 830am.

Tech showed up on sunday around 9am. He was great but I had no heat for 24 hours. Horrible service

Service call placed to repair our heating unit. As always, their technicians are very professional, knowledgeable and prompt when scheduled to arrive. Great company which we have been using almost close to 15 years.

This company doesn’t know how to schedule and keep appointments. When service men and women have come to my house, they have been competent and thorough but if they can’t figure out how to schedule appointments so that the day of there aren’t issues they won’t be able to stay in business. I’m moving my service to another company that is more dependable.

I have been a customer for years on the commercial service side for both oil and boiler service out of the Maspeth branch. My project manager, Lisa Cardet, is truly great. Responsive, knowledgeable and constantly helps me save money for my properties. From basic service to new equipment, they have helped me time & time again. All the staff are always helpful, honest and take the time to explain any issues. Its nice to see old fashioned style customer service. Keep up the good work!

I am a new customer referred by my neighbor. Purchased the elite plan to cover my gas heating unit. I sent an email request for service and someone called tuesday 2/5/19 to make for an appointment. I made an appointment for Wednesday 2/6/19 and confirmed for after 5pm. A few minutes later, customer service called me to ask if I wanted to be seen the same day, 2/5/19, so I said ok. By 10 pm no one had shown up, so I called to reschedule for my original appointment for 2/6/19. Appointment made but the technician still showed up and called me at 1:30 am to come into my house. I explained to him that the appointment has been rescheduled for 2/6. Here we are 2/6 and customer service is telling me the appointment is completed. Still waiting........

So after few calls I spoke to a nice lady Nadine twice and she enagaged Nancy to pull call record for my contract agreement. They have fixed the bill and also gave me some extra credit. I would say some good people still exist.

Called for a non-emergency appointment. Received an email stating that someone would be here between 7-9am. When nobody came I called and was told that someone showed up at 2:30am so they satisfied their obligation. She then said that she would reschedule but couldn't give me a time. Do not go with companies that have no integrity when there are others available!

Ai been using petro because the previous owner recommend me . however I sign a contractct on march 2020 for $1.81 gallon for one year and now every time when they deliver they charged me diferent prices . also , they never ask when they are going to deliver . a week ago my oil thank was with 600 gallons and now they deliver 550 gallons i just checked the thank and just have 830 gallons. So that means in one week my broiler burned almost 350 gallons. Thats imposible. Im very disappointed with this company .
