This company does not communicate with its staff i was having an issues with my heater the send over the technician Danny and this guy cuts on of the wires now the house has no heat then the next day they send over another technician igor and his attitude was rude he told us he didnt have another job but was rushing and i insisted he check the upper unit in the attic and he kept telling me in haste tone i only came to put parts i will be back after that i called to cancel the service first of all the other technician messed up and then for this other tech to give me an attitude is appalling please use some other service for heat or AC repair

Then they delivered oil we didn't even order. Just when the situation looked dire, I met Robert Bento of the Customer Experience Improvement Team. The sun came out from behind the clouds and every promise he made he kept. I cannot speak highly enough of Rob. I hate to do it to him, but if you deal with this company, take my advice: save Rob's name as you will likely need it.
I love this company. I can call them at any time and the always show up. If need oil or repairs they accommodate me and work on my schedule. If you are looking for someone reliable Petro is the one.

An untrustworthy company, fraud, fraud, fraud, signed a one-year contract with a sales guy. The contract contains a one-hundred dollar discount. They told me that it would be offset in the bill at the end of the year, but we called customer service. The operator of said that it has been deducted when opening the account, which completely insults my IQ.
SERVICE CALL NEVER SHOWED. STATED THEY WERE RUNNING LATE. CALL BACK , AS PROMISED TO RESCHEDULE NEVER RECEIVED. CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR LACK THERE OF, NEEDS A COMPLETE OVERHAUL.
I signed contract with petro last month, i have not received anything that was promised to me as a promotion, also they only filled up my tank and left since they made their sale, now I still haven't done a tune up on the boiler and a tech was supposed to come today now they are telling me that it's for next year that they are scheduled, they are never available do to "emergencys" yet I'm one waiting to happen and they lock you in by signing contract ! Stay away from them

The tech service is good, but you always over 8 - 10 hours come and made the owner a lot of problem and compelling from the old the tenants.
Should not over 3-5 hours for after calling repair.
