I had a problem last weekend with my furnace and I called Petro to have someone come. A very nice gentlemen by the name of Alex came and reviewed everything and determined it was not coming from the furnace which was a relief. He was very nice and checked everything to make sure all was working correctly, He did and left after he completed his work. This was the second very nice tech that Petro has sent to my house this year. I am hoping it continues with using knowledgeable techs.

We purchased the full maintenance for our boiler with Petro and we can give nothing but high praises. Problem with boiler? Call their 800 n umber and they will come 24x7. This time, had issue with my boilers water circulation and Petro fixed it. I would like to mention the name of the tech that fixed it today April 11, but unfortunately I forgot his name. He came to my home on several occasion and never failed. Thank you Petro for being there.

After being a long time customer, Petro was not willing to come to a price agreement with me. I wound up canceling my service with them and now I get bombarded with emails and postcard notifications from them about their great service! The last customer associate representative I spoke with was very dismissive. She made my decision of canceling an easy one.

We have been using Petro for oil since we bought our new house. We just used them for a repair and to service our HVAC systems and were very happy with the work. Our technician, Bob was friendly and kept us posted on what he was seeing and recommending every step of the way. We will definitely use them again!

We thought our ancient AC was down. Brent, our tech, brought it back to life. Mom is 93. I don't know what would have happened. Brent literally saved us. I am so grateful for his knowledge, caring and expertise. He was so understanding and kind too.. Brent kept us safe from the sweltering heat, and from much worse. Thank you Brent.

Petro didn't estimate when I would be needing my oil tank filled. So I ran out of oil and needed oil as soon as possible as I have a 1 year old and a woman that is pregnant in my upstairs unit. I had literally spoke with Petro Services 2 or 3 days before this happened and they never mentioned I was on a variable rate or gave me an estimate on what rate per gallon would be. So to my surprise I was stamped with a bill that was over $1,000 coming to $4.33 per gallon. My pay has not increased and as of January I am without a job. I do not even know how I will afford to pay for this. I was estimating the cost to be around $500-$600, NOT almost double. I will be canceling my account with Petro. I do understand the cost for everything has gone up, but I will not be bamboozled again paying over $4 when other places are offering oil at $3. This is absolutely unacceptable and inconsiderate. Highly recommend researching other companies versus taking advantage of Petro's "convenience services" that they claim given the 2 years+ experience I've already undergone with them. This wasn't the only issue, I've had with them, but it's certainly the final issue that broke the camel's back.

Something changed in the way I used to pay my smart pay Bill's, and the rep. don't know why.
